I would not trust this company. Last year 2022, I had regularly schedule care, they were good when they actually showed up. I usually got 2 texts before they came, One the weekend of- reminding me of upcoming service and one the day of- stating they were on the way. On a weekend I got the reminder message, but the day of- they never showed. I gave them 2 weeks of attempting to reach out daily, and no response EVER. After 2 weeks I was able to find someone to come out and service my lawn. I was satisfied when they were here but will Never use or recommend a company that just flat disappears. read more

I sent a quote request on late Sunday evening for a tree trimming. The tree had damaged my roof and facia of an A frame on my house during the recent storms. Craig and his brother were at my place Monday morning and had the trees trimmed off of my roof before noon! Even had their roofing buddy over during the time they were here for an estimate on the roofing damage! Great guys, great service, and a reasonable price for services provided!! I would not use this company again. We hired them for weekly yard maintenance. Without explanation, they switched us to bi-weekly service...in the middle of the summer. When I called to fix the issue, it took several days to get a reply. Then, for some reason, instead of switching back to weekly, they skipped the week. We ended up with no yard service for 3 weeks. When they showed up, they left tire tracks in mud through the entire yard. Even after all of this, they missed the next week. I gave up and emailed them to never return. We hired Brothers to redo our backyard in Grapevine. The design and estimate they created was great and the backyard looks good. Once the work was completed it looked good. Unfortunately, there were outstanding issues - mostly with the irrigation. I have fixed a sprinkler head and am in the process of moving/changing sprinkler heads to water all plants. During this time we are hand water plants not covered by the irrigation system (during the first week of 100+ temps). I think we have only lost 1 plant and I will have it replace it myself. Once that is done I will need to fix the landscaping. Also having to buy decomposed granite to level/cleanup Left 10+ messages over the two week period after the work was completed and received no response or acknowledgement. During that time we had 8+ houses in our neighborhood (including ourselves) that needed new ongoing lawn maintenance services and requested prices - Still not response. Have given up on hearing back or getting help with any issues. read more

This has been the absolute worst experience working with this company. We asked for patio installation and sod installation. This "one week job" was supposed to be done nearly 2 months ago. There were excuses from the beginning with this company. Weather issues, employee issues, communication issues and other problems, but we remained patient and trusted them to honor their contract and their promise of satisfaction guarantee. They completely destroyed my yard, damaged my fence, and even took personal property. They will not respond to calls, texts or emails and had the nerve to send me a final invoice for completed work. I'll let the pictures show their definition of "completed". Craig and his group have been a nightmare. I can't tell you enough to avoid this situation as now we'll more than likely have to pursue legal action for the yard and fence repair. read more

Do not use this company. After a year of using them, they just stopped showing up and they're unreachable. Phone goes straight to voicemail and no call back. We've had issues with them not calling back or responding over the last year as well. Not sure what the owner is thinking but clearly they don't care about their customers. read more

I really liked having them trim up and haul away the dead branches from this big Mulberry tree in my front yard. The price was reasonable and the guys were all friendly and professional. I've already let them know I will be using their services again in the near future. They are excellent! read more

Was not happy with the final result. Too expensive to be unhappy. They had to come back and fix a few things - and it still doesn't look 100%. I hate leaving bad reviews, but when I pay this much money - I shouldn't be only partially satisfied. The sod crew was excellent - I would highly recommend them. They were easy to work with and it looked great. However, the scheduling wasn't planned well - we also wanted a new fence. This should have been done first! Because of the location of the fence - the fence crew had to walk on the freshly laid sod! Which totally ruined it - and it has not grown back (as they suggested it would) The stairs and the side fence were a disaster. The engineer team started 3 WEEKS behind schedule. They came in and threw it together - it looked really bad. They left our neighbors side of the fence destroyed - our neighbor is the sweetest person, and even she had to speak up and say you can't leave my fence like this! They did come back and fix it and the fence looks better, but we had to pay an extra $500 to fix something they ruined, and we didn't want. The stairs just don't look great... but we honestly didn't want to complain again. Again, I probably wouldn't be leaving this review - but it's been over a month and the sod was supposed to be fixed - and I've been ignored twice now. read more

I had them take down/remove a couple trees, trim a couple others, clean up some flower beds as well several other small projects. They did an amazing job, they are extremely professional and much cheaper than my other quotes. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future. read more
