I would not recommend this company. Alex built a fence for me and a few neighbors in 2020. He told us the decorative emblems on the fence were on back order and would be here in January. I contacted him in late Feb and he stated he would be out the next week to install them. Since then, he has not responded to any of our texts or messages. Of course he required all of us to pay in full. Beware he will not ever contact you again after he receives the final payment! He also posted photos of my neighbor's fence on his FB page with someone else's gate! She is also still waiting on Alex to respond to texts to finish her gate. read more

We have a big problem with little Houdini dogs. They have an uncanny ability to escape out the backyard through atom-sized pores in solid objects. We've reinforced our fence with so many bricks, concrete blocks and chicken wire it looks like a scene out of Orange is the New Black. We've boarded the perimeter with wood planks, laid down pavers, installed invisible fencing. We've outfitted each and every m%$tt, I mean, precious angel, with spongy donut pillows around their precious little necks to block the inevitable jailbreak (she says with irony, knowing "jail" comprises sleeping nightly in a king-size bed, eating better food than their humans, binge-watching Cesar Millan on a 65" HDTV and getting organic shampoos weekly). All, to no avail. In a last ditch effort, we decided a new fence was in order - if only to assure ourselves we were free from any and all atom-sized pores lurking in the olden structure. I asked a few friends for fence install and repair reccos, and a neighbor suggested Sentry Pro. Right from the start Alex, the owner, stood out by actually answering his phone. Personally. He continued to impress by showing up promptly the next day for a complimentary quote. He was three for three when his estimate was the best by far of all the companies we spoke with. Alex delivered a brand new 6' board on board fence with trim, cap and new locking gate (as well as all city permits); installed puppy panels around the perimeter of the wrought iron portion; repaired existing damage to several iron rails and a front gate latch; stained and sealed the wood, and is even coming back to pour concrete borders along the base of the gates into the ground to prevent my inmates from digging out to freedom (see pic of poor deprived Rupert and Snyder). Can't say enough great things about Alex and Sentry Pro, except to add they were ridiculously reasonable, didn't require payment until the work was complete, AND did a great clean-up job. I highly recommend Alex and his team. My back fence blew down in a storm a couple weeks ago, and Alex came out the next day to give me a quote. I had to work with the HOA and the neighbor behind me to get everything approved, but Alex held a spot for me on the schedule until I was ready to go. I reached out to other fence companies as well, but no one else could get me in as quickly as he did nor could they beat his price. Alex also went out the day after I booked him to get our permit, and also took care of getting payment from the neighbor behind me for their half. The process was so easy, so smooth, and so quick!
