First off, Gabriel G's comment is spot on! Dutch Shine got back to me immediately and then provided a quick quote that was extremely reasonable. Last week there was a lot of rain and extreme weather so Darla stayed in touch for a rain-free day so that our windows would look their best once done and fit us into their schedule. Communication is key in any vendor relationship and Darla was quick to respond with multiple time windows (pun intended!) and we ended up with windows so clean it looks like they aren't even there. We just finished a remodel so needless to say, the windows were filthy and now they are lovely. I highly recommend Dutch Shine Window Cleaning! read more

If you're looking for thorough, careful power-washing experts, look no further! Dutch Shine (Phoebe) is amazing! We live near Love Field and get soot from airplanes on our pool stone decking. Phoebe has power-washed the stone twice now and each time has been transformative! It looks like new! We appreciate his attention to detail;he goes over tough spots until they're clean. And he is careful about all of our plants. We have them clean our windows too-also great! read more

I've had Dutch Shine out a few times and they're great. I've signed up for their quarterly service and they keep my windows clean and looking wonderful. They're pretty sharp and have gotten to know us. My wife and I both work IT from home and we're often busy on phone calls, and Phebe offers to take care of that room first. They're definitely experts and certainly know what they're doing. I also have them take care of my gutters while they're here. They're very nice and I'm delighted to be a customer! Thanks Dutch Shine! read more

They always do a wonderful job! Always on time, efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend using them.

I had 26 windows to be cleaned for our home, and I hadn't cleaned the exterior of the windows since moving into the house 2 years prior. The team of two cleaning technicians called about an hour before our scheduled time and asked if I would like them to come a bit earlier because their prior appointment finished earlier than they estimated. I said yes, they said they would be at my place in about 10 minutes and they did arrive within 10 minutes. The two technicians split up, one did the interiors, and the other did the exteriors. They were very polite, professional and talented. They finished the job in about an hour and 10 minutes which I thought was speedy. I couldn't be happier with the results. What a difference it makes to have every window sparkling clean for the upcoming summer. With tax, the job cost just over $400. I highly recommend Dutch Shine! read more

Team was excellent. They took time to explain expected results and talk through alternative solutions. They removed shoes while working indoors and were very kind. My windows look crystal clear. My patio was power washed and is now inviting. Booking was easy and I was able to pay with a card when service was complete. read more

First off, reviewer PD is ridiculous. Seriously, get a life. Just had to get that off my chest. Second and more importantly, Sarah and Phebe are awesome. They run their business like true professionals. I am also a window cleaner and have worked with them as peers through a philanthropic group we are all members of. I have relied on their expertise and advice many times. I have no qualms referring them out to clients that happen to be in their area. I know they will be taken care of with the same quality and customer service that I offer. They have a sterling reputation in the window cleaning community and are generous with their time and energy to help out people who might need a hand. Thanks for all you do! read more

The prices were very competitive and worth the level of quality. I definitely plan to use them in the future and have recommended them to several people in my neighborhood. read more

I found these guys from referrals and they lived up to all of the rave reviews - they came out the same day I called to give me a bid and the bid was great so they put me on the schedule for the following week. A crew of 4 showed up and did a fabulous job - even on some difficult 90 year old stained glass windows. My windows look perfect - and my whole house is so much brighter. I would highly recommend them. read more

They did such a great job, the windows sparkle! Above all that, everyone I spoke with from the office to the crew that came out was very friendly, professional and helpful! Dutch Shine is awesome! My windows have honestly never looked better. I didn't realize how bad my windows actually were until they started cleaning them. They came in, got the job done in a very timely manner and then walked me through any of my windows problem areas (such as broken seals, any holes in my screens, etc). Not to mention they also cleaned out our gutters. They were awesome and I will definitely be using them again in the future! read more

I will be using Dutch Shine again - the crew is very kind and professional. Sadly, I do have some windows that have moisture in between panes, but the team informed me as such so that I was assured they were doing their job. I had a friend staring at my windows after they were completed, and she said how are they so clean??? Thanks to Dutch Shine, they look great - other than my sad windows that need replacement. One of the co-owners came to my house and finished the job. They are so respectful and kind. read more

I was very impressed with the service of this well run company. I had two large leaded glass bay windows that are 45 years old, They are the kind with the small diamond shaped panes and I don't think they had ever been really cleaned. They had developed what I thought was permanent film or etching on both sides. I had attempted in vain to clean them with every type of products I could find but nothing worked. I was convinced they were never going to look good again. After seeing recommendations on Nextdoor and Yelp I decided to give Dutch Shine a call as I had nothing to lose. All I can say is Phebe and Sarah were able to do window magic. The service was top notch, I received updated phone calls and text messages to confirm the appointment and to let me know when they were going to arrive. They worked a total of 7 hours diligently scrubbing and cleaning - now the windows are sparkling clean and look like new! I will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend to all my friends and neighbors. read more
