One was a huge wool rug riddled with stains and the other a vintage turkish rug that had some unknown awful smells that emerged shortly after buying but it was in such good condition that I took a gamble to see if I'd be able to get the smells out. I was recommended to try Fibercare Cleaning while I was in town, and I am so happy I did! The whole team were very professional, helpful and did an amazing job. I don't need to post pictures of the vintage rug as it looked great already, but they were able to get out the funk that has been on there for who knows how long. I was amazed! The wool rug looks SO much better than when I brought it in. They sealed off both rugs with Fibercare to prevent further stains. My rugs looks great in my house and they don't smell! All in all, I am thrilled and I couldn't recommend this place enough. I wish I was closer but I will definitely be back with my rugs for future cleaning services. Christina was in my home for several hours rearranging, and moving our belongings so that when I returned it would appear as if "work" had been accomplished. There was NO smell of cleaning products (natural or synthetic) upon my return home. The Oreck vacuum I left out for her was not touched or moved. Christina busied herself with fanning out our drink coasters in cute alignment on our living room end tables, but somehow missed the GIANT pet hairball, vacuuming & mopping the floor underneath? When I asked Christina why my closet still had pet hair in it (which she charged me extra for having pets) I was told because her "Customers don't like their belongings moved" so she only cleans the space where nothing is in the "way." When I asked Christina why I had still had dust, pet hair & debris under my foot high bed, over a hardwood floor she told me her arms didn't reach that far to "clean" there, and I should have purchased her deluxe package.
