Good evening I only went with Mr. Smith because of his reviews one customer said he was on time. Guess that's not the case for all customers. I subcontracted out a cleaning job that I was capable of doing myself, seeing that I own a carpet cleaning service in Dallas. I decided to pick someone in that area to have my business. Wow that was a mistake. He not only didn't show up at the appointment hour. Wasting the customers time Mr. Smith wanted me to pay him upfront before ever going to the job site. I called Mr. Smith we agreed I would pay him as soon as he confirmed he was there at the customers home. Mr. Smith confirmed on the phone that was fair he would take the work. Scheduling was easy, went to website picked out what the service even booked a special service for him to clean my fabric headboard. Received text and email confirmation that appointment had been scheduled. On day of appointment, receive a text that he was in route. I had 3 bedrooms, hallway, and fabric headboard cleaned. These things are so important, yet it's increasingly hard to find companies that actually do them. My area rug in the living room gets a lot of foot traffic. It also gets spilled on. Spills get ground in to the rug. After several years of this abuse the rug looked tired and old. I arranged for Smith Bros A-1CS to come out and clean it. After the treatment the rug was rejuvenated. Eugene did an amazing job on my house. The previous owners had pets and they allowed the pet to urine throughout the house, especially in the room that we plan to make our nursery.
