I subcontracted out a cleaning job that I was capable of doing myself, seeing that I own a carpet cleaning service in Dallas. I decided to pick someone in that area to have my business. Wow that was a mistake. He not only didn't show up at the appointment hour. Wasting the customers time Mr. Smith wanted me to pay him upfront before ever going to the job site. I called Mr. Smith we agreed I would pay him as soon as he confirmed he was there at the customers home. Mr. Smith confirmed on the phone that was fair he would take the work. Scheduling was easy, went to website picked out what the service even booked a special service for him to clean my fabric headboard. Received text and email confirmation that appointment had been scheduled. On day of appointment, receive a text that he was in route. I had 3 bedrooms, hallway, and fabric headboard cleaned.
