I talked to Brian, the most down to earth, professional, and respectful guy you can ever talk to. Even though he had a jam packed schedule prior to Christmas, he made the effort to come do the job on the eve of my party. Not only was Brian a gentleman, he did a great job on the carpets he steam cleaned. My wife and I liked the fact that the steam cleaning was organic and used a natural way to sanitize,disinfect and deodorize fibers. The end result was amazing! With 2 boys under the age of four, some of the carpets had taken a beating with numerous stains and when Brian was done with the steam cleaning, they looked brand new and smelled super fresh. Also, his pricing was way better than any of the other carpet steam cleaners that we contacted. He also added a 10% Yelp discount! Wow! I'm impressed! Brian arrived dressed for the office and I thought there was no way he was going to get down and dirty with our carpeting. But he did and it looks fantastic. Brian is a cool guy. He came over to pick up our rug which needed cleaning. He explained to us that our rug was of low quality (bought from West Elm) and overly priced. He suggested to get rid of it for a new rug of better quality or if we still wanted our rug cleaned. After a couple of weeks, he reached out to us that the rug couldn't be completely cleaned and it was free of charge! How amazing is that! Gave Brian a call on Friday afternoon. He was extremely nice over the phone and gave me a quote over the phone (knew the square footage of the carpeted areas). Best part is when I asked him about cleaning the tile on the bottom floor, he didn't guarantee anything and even told me he would test an area so I wouldn't waste my money on grout that may be too far gone to clean. Made an appointment for Saturday. Texted me when he was on his way so I could meet him there. Texted me again just before it was done so I could meet him to lock up. The carpets look fantastic. And the price was very reasonable. But most of all Brian is a stand up guy with a good character.
