The ticket was closed, without notice. We called again and have another ticket open. The service agreement covers joint gaps but I am being told the 3700 we paid for warranty only covered accidents. Not true we have the warranty. Lastly, after 45 minutes on hold with Stacey, she was able to connect me with Melody today. We have spoken with Melody before on one of the other calls, FYI. Today Melody has asked for pictures. Fingers crossed, after several weeks of trying to connect with anyone l, I am being told they will review and get back to us in two business days. The…read morecarpet issues I had been procrastinating for 2 years were resolved within hours since he came with everything he needed to not only give a quote but also complete the work. He worked efficiently and got a few rooms restretched within a few hours. Everything looks much better (no thanks to the original carpet installers) and even the creased up areas I didn't think would come out are looking fine. He also helped with another issue in the house, a kitchen floor chip, at no cost. He was also friendly with my young kids who were asking him a ton of questions while he worked on it: babysitting and a repair! Definitely recommend for carpet and also just general repair needs.
