Venancio handled the electrical work flawlessly and was patient and attentive to every detail. Tino built the cabinet beautifully -- true craftsmanship. We met with Matthew who indicated he was the owner and offered to have our small commercial project completed within a few months. 4+ months after a deposit of ~$40k and arduous back and forth with complete dishonesty at every turn (Matthew indicated plans were submitted to the city when the city had no record of any submission, indicated we would receive daily updates yet went weeks without hearing from him, indicated we would be able to work with someone from his office who would help us with permitting and rezoning and then later stated that is not something his company does... the list goes on unfortunately), we have a very expensive paint job that was not up to par (tape showing, it didn't look like it had been painted) and an email requesting more money. 7 weeks in when it appeared plans had not been submitted for permits, we reached out to Matthew who assured us that this was "such a small project" and no where near the "big, 2 million remodels he'd done" and that our July completion date was not in jeopardy. We are now past the "drop dead" date Matthew gave us that the project would be complete without even basic city approval. We recently learned that Matthew misrepresented himself and is not in fact the owner. We have reached out to the company to discuss Matthew's actions and our project and are hopeful that he is a contractor and there is some way forward, however, we have not received a response to date. We are hopeful that this will somehow be remediated, but sharing our experience in hopes that others do not go through the same.

We have 5 family members coming to visit and staying for a few weeks so my wife wanted a cabinet door remounted and another toilet fixed. I called Willfredo because I didn't want to also call a carpenter. Willfredo said there was no job big or small that he couldn't handle. It was such a great experience especially because Elite had multiple teams who could repair the leak and paint and restore all damaged areas in a timely manner.
