They also wired our TV and PlayStation through the chimney next to the bookcase so there are no visible cords -- the finish looks clean and seamless. Daniel has a great eye, is kind, highly experienced, and checked in regularly throughout the project, making thoughtful adjustments along the way. Venancio handled the electrical work flawlessly and was patient and attentive to every detail. Tino built the cabinet beautifully -- true craftsmanship. The team also redid our tile, including the entryway, with gorgeous results, and stayed right on budget with no surprises. Daniel is professional, patient, and truly skilled at his craft. I…read morehad a mediocre experience with our upstairs bathroom remodel and wanted to do it right this time. I saw Daniel and his company, TruBlue of Allen, got great reviews everywhere I looked so I reached out. He agreed to meet me the next day and came and always had a smile on his face and a "can-do" attitude. He showed confidence and I could tell he has done this many times. We agreed on his very reasonable estimate and the project began! I wanted to completely remove our existing shower and tub and make the tub are our new shower and the previous shower would become a an area for storage. He showed up to help me get tile and we got a great mix of tiles for our bathroom and we couldn't be happier! Fernando helped with all the tiling and a separate group of guys helped with the finishings and drywalls. Daniel's plumber is fantastic and you can tell that all these workers pay attention to detail and have worked in nice homes and do great work. This was so different than my previous experience which was mediocre. As the project finished, we were just so happy and I don't think you could get a better result in the very reasonable price range that Daniel offers. Nothing but great things to say about our experience. As with all things, stay in communication and make sure you are talking to the day-to-day workers as well as Daniel. From the very beginning they rush you, make you sign something to only work with them (sketchy, red flag) and then they do mediocre work. They're going to take advantage of you and your home when you're in an emergency type situation. As immoral as they come. They messed up my bathroom tile, then made me feel bad when I asked them to do it right. As if I was asking too much when they didn't do it right in the first place? They also installed a random circular silver drain in the shower, when I asked for and ordered a square gold drain. Hello? The owner, Michael, simply chalked it up to "hiring workers that don't speak English." If that doesn't tell you all you need to know... The attention to detail and doing a decent, not even good, job is just not there. They didn't finish caulking behind the toilet or on top of the counter. They scratched the paint off of 3 doors, and refused to compensate or correct. They got dirt all over the walls and even got paint on my front door and hallway tile. They littered cigarette butts and a giant sponge (???) in my front yard. They left an entire garbage can of trash in my front yard. They even messed up my garage door, when that is an area of the house they were NOT authorized to do ANY work in. Who knows where else they were messing around while I wasn't home? When I asked them to remove the master toilet, I specifically and repeatedly asked them to cover the hole in the ground. When I arrived home two days later, I walked in to find the sewage hole completely gaping open, releasing toxic sewage fumes into my home and bedroom. Unbelievably thoughtless, careless, and downright hazardous/dangerous. They started trying to charge us hundreds of dollars at the end for things we already discussed, and then when we tried to talk to the owner, he basically said he'd just hand us over to his lawyer. He knows he is taking advantage of us, so he didn't want to discuss the money details with us. You can see in the attached videos/photos that they also threaten to take legal action against us, should we post an honest review. They don't have any basis to do so, but just want to scare customers into silence. That's why they don't have any other bad reviews on here. It's too late for me, but please, save yourself. Find another company.

(I was never given the chance to see this beforehand or approve it.) Check your paperwork to make sure they are not the subcontractor. They also did not bevel two corners of another section. I want to be clear that this review reflects on whoever made the cuts for my countertop because the crew who installed it were super-nice and polite and put everything in beautifully. It's not their fault that they were sent to my home with the veining pattern misaligned.

We were working with them through Costco. I want to start by saying that Daniella my coordinator…read morewas fantastic and the folks they sent out to get measurements deserve 5 stars. However we had issues with both installations. Our waterfall counter had an extra hole cut in them for an electrical outlet that was not needed. I ended up letting this go and having an outlet installed there but only because I didn't want to wait months more to have a working kitchen. The fireplace had two issues. First on installation day they didn't have all the pieces so they had installed the main piece surrounding the fireplace without properly cutting out the opening. They then had to send out a special crew to try and miter the edges while the piece was still installed. The did finally get those pieces finished and fitted, however we discovered that they have left 1/4 - 1/2 inch gaps between the stone and the wood frame. Thus leaving exposed wood next to our open fire. This was supposed to be covered by the stone based on my original conversations with the gentlemen who came to get measurements. I asked for them to help me find a solution to this issue and installation problem but almost 6 months later now and I can't get a single response from anyone but Daniella. All she has been able to do is pass my frustration along to other teams who then ignore me. This shouldn't be something I have to fix on my own as it was an installation issue caused by their negligence. I will not be recommending them to anyone I know and have left a complaint with Costco.
