Another fantastic project with the Wreedone team…read more This time, we hired them to replace the flooring throughout the majority of our house, tearing out older tile and hardwood that had suffered from previous water-cupping damage. I had manually measured close to 1,700 square feet, but Wil and Spencer utilized a mobile tech scanning tool to map both the floors and walls (for a future paint project) in a matter of minutes. It immediately validated my manual measurements and gave us complete confidence in the project's scope. We chose to vacate the house during the heavy demo and installation. Scheduling-wise, Wreedone was exceptionally punctual, hitting every milestone exactly when they said they would. They carefully moved and secured our heavy furniture, treated our property with immense respect, and ensured everything was locked up tight at the end of each workday. I had the chance to meet the tile installer, Daniel, and his crew. Daniel is a true craftsman--he noticed minor pattern differences in the tiles and expertly blended them so the installation looks perfectly seamless throughout the house. A true professional! Spencer also brought some great problem-solving to the baseboards. Because the new floors sat a bit lower, reusing the old baseboards would have left a noticeable paint gap along the walls. Factoring in the labor to patch and paint that gap, it was actually more cost-effective to install brand-new baseboards, which ended up looking even better than the originals. Given the massive amount of demolition dust, the top-to-bottom post-construction cleaning was incredible. Walls, floors, countertops, ceiling fan blades--everything was spotless! I am also incredibly grateful to Justin and Chase for the daily updates and progress photos, as well as their care in quickly moving the large furniture back into place post-cleanup. Wreedone's methodology isn't just about executing a single task; they deliver a complete, holistic package. His son David helped out as well and was helpful and informative and did great work while he was onsite. I can't remember the painter's name but he did a good job too and was always friendly. There were some problems with sub contractors, but the owners tried to make those things right. 5 years later, it feels like every time we turn around we find another problem. Not cosmetic, but problems with the quality of work. Just a few problems have been trim that didn't get put back up under low windows, shelves mounted with the screws in the wrong place, pebbles left under the flooring, I can go on and on. Our most recent was that a shower door just fell off. As my husband looked at it to put it back up, he found that they had mounted the heavy glass door into the shower surround with nothing behind it for the screws to hold to except some glue!!! Efforts to repair this problem found that they mounted the whole shower surround with nothing behind it but the studs. No shower board, Sheetrock or anything!!! The subcontractors cut corners everywhere possible and no one monitored the quality of work. Use the utmost caution if you hire this company and monitor EVERYTHING because they won't.

Total waste of my time asking him to stand behind his guarantee on work or honor his website stated warranty. My concerns are structural...not cosmetic. Do NOT trust this company to create your dream backyard.

Ils ont des parts dans Mg2 et la compagnie d'excavation, alors ils en profitent au max. Quand ils vous parlent, ils vous parlent de haut comme si vous ne connaissiez rien. La construction, ça a été bof. le service après construction -1000000 / 10 Mg2 c'est la même affaire, je voulais déplacer mon panneau électrique avant la construction. Ils m'ont dit qu'ils ne pouvaient pas finalement, quand c'était trop tard, ils l'ont fait pour un extra. Pas suivi les plans électriques, Lumière extérieure manquante, Switch mal positionné, Gradateurs manquants, Thermostat manquant, Electricité pas selon le code électrique à certains endroits (je suis électricien) La compagnie d'excavation, je ne sais pas. Mais a chaque jour je passais voir l'avancement et l'opérateur de pelle était sur son cellulaire pendant que je payais son temps double et que son helper était assis. bref, je suis en tabarnak et toutes les fois qu'arrive une nouvelle surprise ça me rappelle que c'est un cauchemar comme première maison
