He listened to what I wanted, made suggestions and provided a detailed estimate of the project cost. The total remodel included gutting the bathroom, replacing drywall, installing tile in the shower, bathroom and adjacent closet floors and painting the bathroom, master bedroom and closet. He and his team made the process almost seamless. Daniel met me at Floor & Decor and helped me choose tile. He provided discounted resources for a new vanity and faucets and his team helped me choose a new shower door. Mario and Alex who did the initial demolition and completed the tile work were efficient and very skilled. The floor and shower look beautiful! Julio reworked the shower plumbing and installed the shower and bathtub hardware. Balde installed the vanity, large mirror and lights and did a fabulous job repairing walls and painting the bathroom, closet and bedroom. Geraldo installed a lovely shower door. I felt very comfortable having all of them in and out of my home. Daniel and his son checked on the progress frequently and were always available to answer questions. I admit to changing my mind a couple times during the process and Daniel consistently provided an updated invoice - I had no financial surprises upon completion. The quality of their work is exceptional and the cost reasonable. I absolutely love my new bathroom and highly recommend Daniel and his team!

We needed it to be done in a manner that met our high standards and done in a reasonable amount a time as a member of our household is disabled and we wanted to keep disruption to a minimum. From start to finish, we were impressed by their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to getting every aspect of the project just right even when initial work did not come out just right. They took our requirements and turned them into reality, and the quality of the craftsmanship speaks for itself. Not only is the finished space beautiful and exactly what we envisioned, but the ICO team was also a pleasure to work with throughout the process--keeping things clean, communicating clearly, and staying on track. My mother is pleased and relieved. We are absolutely thrilled with our remodeled home and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone looking for top-notch work. Shower, tub, floors, tile, lighting, electrical, tile, fans/vents, painting and more. I give them my highest recommendation. See before and after photos. Excellent communication, beginning with their response to my initial request for information and throughout the whole project. The project manager and even the owner were available to respond to questions seven days a week. At the end of every day they provided a progress report along with what to expect the following day. They made regular visits to my house to inspect the work in progress. Even after completion of the project they stayed in touch to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. All the workers were courteous and professional. Each day they carefully cleaned the work and adjacent areas. At the end of the project a housecleaning service thoroughly cleaned and touched up. It amazes me how other companies and individuals didn't respond to my inquiries or ghosted me after promising to provide a quote. Importantly, ICO is local with brick and mortar offices in the metroplex. I would be leery of all those virtual companies who devote most of their resources to sales and marketing and then sub the work to random contractors.

We also had the island remodel from a 2 level design to all flat one level. Their team did this as well as relocated some electrical and replaced our pendant lighting. The communication from his team was exceptional, and Adam made a schedule for the entire project, the projected completion date and the crews that would be at our house to work and on which days. He also uses What'sApp to communicate with the teams working and make sure everyone is on the message thread. One of his team leaders, Tom, was also a pleasure to work with and came and checked daily on the work being done making sure everything was being done properly. The painting teams, granite work team, installation and demo teams were all much more tidy and considerate about cleaning up after themselves as much as they could after the days work was complete. I will say, the paint smell was terrible for several weeks, but there is nothing that can be done about that but ventilate the house and keeping the windows open when possible (it was January so that was difficult) We are very happy with how the work turned out and would use them again in a heartbeat!
