Unfortunately we had a horrible experience with this company, particularly with the owner Omri. With time we also learned that we are not the only family that went through that with him. Omri is an amateur, unprofessional, and a greedy person that tries to cash out as fast as possible without taking responsibilities for his wrongdoing and damages. Just to list a few things that were done: He destroyed one of our appliances that we were very clear on our intention to keep, he painted our master bedroom that was renovated few months prior to construction and was instructed not to touch it, he removed one of the interior doors and placed it outside for days which caused it to rotten, he took 2 large pieces of our granite countertops without our permission and after we asked to keep them, he destroyed the new flooring by trying to clean them with a material that clearly states on the label that it is not recommended for this kind of flooring. On that last example on the flooring, he later confessed that it was his first time doing that type of flooring. That was very frustrating. He didn't finish the work that he was already payed for and just left the site. The best way to show his work is to see it. Images of his amateur work are attached. Update: I just read your response. Unsurprisingly, the way you handle this review as exactly the same way as you handle the low standard of your work, the damages and missing items throughout your project. I added images of the transactions showing some of the money I paid you. Readers with common sense and basic decency will judge by themselves if I was a customer or not.

We were building a new home and trying to decide what type of flooring, engineered hardwood or wood…read morelook tile, we wanted. We decided on a nice engineered hardwood. We priced the options with our builder. Our son-in-law suggested we see what a flooring contractor, Zuriel Flooring, he had used in the past could do. It turned out that Zuriel could provide the same flooring for about $6,000-$7,000 less than the builder. They also gave us an option for stained, solid hardwoods. That option was almost $10,000 less than the builder option. Zuriel's per square foot pricing was less than several well known national/local companies that we had received quotes. From the first conversation and subsequent meetings, we haven't had a better relationship with a contractor we've worked with. Zuriel delivered a high quality product sooner than they committed to finishing and were always responsive to our calls. They have been outstanding!
