GC Flooring Pros is a fantastic company!! Our house recently had water damage due to a leaking dishwasher. Jeff Cappon came to our home to assess the damage and provide us with an initial estimate. After we accepted him as our contractor, he worked directly with the insurance adjuster and answered all questions and concerns the adjuster had. He consistently kept us in the loop when communicating to our insurance company. The letters GC in the name should stand for Great Company, Great Contractor, or Great Communicators, because Jeff and his staff kept us informed every step of the way. They communicated what to expect, timelines, and any unexpected issues needing to be mitigated. They were quick to respond to any questions we had regarding the project. They accommodated changes we wanted for our kitchen vent hood and were really helpful and patient with assisting us with flooring options. Renovating our home after water damage was very stressful and inconvenient. We had a sizeable floor project in our new home where we needed the entire floor (ceramic tile) removed and luxury vinyl planking installed. GC Flooring had excellent reviews, and we wanted the best, so we hired them. Ivan came to our house to review the project, and he was very professional and transparent. The crew and the foreman, Juan, was very polite and knowledgeable, and Juan went through the entire process to let us know exactly what to expect. The demo on the tile was huge, but we now have beautiful luxury vinyl planking that fits seamlessly in our lifestyle of pets, comfort, and beauty! They installed Coretec in Cyril Oak, and it is just gorgeous. An excellent experience with a company that is responsive, polite, with expert installers who listened to our needs. This is an excellent company! The crew was polite and speedy and cleaned up well. The floor is lovely.

We decided to remove all the carpet and tile from areas from the downstairs and upstairs. GC flooring was a recommendation of a potential contractor. We proceeded to get quotes from 2 other reputable companies. After comparing apples to apples we couldn't pass on the quality of the product and the price. The installation experience from start to finish was nothing short of extraordinary. The floors turned out better than we could have imagined.
