The rep told me that he'd send an estimate of the work, and send over the person they contract with for automatic sprinkler repair. Long story short, NOTHING. I called and emailed, but no response. At first I thought they may have gone out of business, but then I see a couple of their trucks at my neighbors! Very strange. I wish I could rate them based on performance, but I can only comment on their lack of responsiveness. I had to find another company to do the work and I'm just surprised that a company would be so non-responsive to someone willing and ready to pay for extensive landscaping.
