For years, at least for the past five or six years, I have used the Integra Lawns mowing service. I've stuck with Integra Lawns because they are good people. Starting with the office staff located at 532 Misty Mountain Drive here in Fort Worth to the dedicated, hard working Integra Lawns pros working daily in the field under that hot Texas sun. And of course the main reason I've stayed with Integra Lawns is Jeremy Guevara, the owner. I've only met with Jeremy in person twice, maybe three times in the years I've used his company's lawn care service. And I've communicated with him either by phone or email just a few times more. This was the second year we used Integra Lawns to do our Christmas light installation and, once again, they did a great job! The lights were neat and uniform, installed in a minimal time frame and taken down in no time as well, with zero complications. I did have to reach out to them regarding two bulbs that had burnt out and they not only responded quickly but the bulbs were replaced in less than 48 hours. I love the way they look, the fact that they store the lights for you during the off season, allow you to change the lights from year to year if you choose, and even offer payment plans if needed. They're attention to detail, and incredible customer service, truly, make using their services a no brainer! My family recently moved to Texas from up North in Pennsylvania. Lawn care there is different and the frequency is different too. We were very unsure as to what kind of service we needed and how to take care of some of the responsibilities ourselves. The Integra lawn service representative that we spoke to took her time with talking about the difference between the ground in Texas and in Pennsylvania along with talking about critters and what to expect, how to keep my children safe and more. I am so happy that she took her time with me and that I know I can call anytime or contact by email and get an answer about any questions I have concerning our area and what choices I have to do things to the best of my ability through them and on my own. Highly recommend that you not put your service on auto payment with them. They seem to have a problem with billing to often. They do not send out any notice of any kind letting you know of their errors. As far as having a healthy lawn they did a good job. There has been several times that they cut the grass unevenly. Management responded quickly to our request to have lawn cut again. Recommend if you use this company to get physical invoices and also track that all charged service have been rendered. read more
