Be aware that the logs are seasoned for 6 months. If you are using for your indoor fireplace. You have to season yourself. I do hope they should informed me about this earlier. The service is good here. They helped me loaded the logs. read more

Great service, fair prices and fast friendly delivery of my firewood. Professionally stacked to my liking. Highly recommend.

Was SCAMMED by GI Mow. Jordan came over and gave me a quote for my tiny, back-yard only mow. ($40) I agreed to the amount but then GI Mow charged me over DOUBLE. ($81) When I called to dispute the amount, they told me I signed a contract at that amount. When I asked for a copy of the contract, they could not produce one. They then apologized saying Jordan was new and didn't know what he was doing but never honored the quoted charge. Very scammy and unprofessional. read more

We wanted a better quality firewood than Lowes or Home Depot offer and found GI Mow while searching Google. We sent a quote request through their website and got a response right away. They advised of us our options and when they would be available to deliver, and we couldn't believe how quick and smooth the process was. They showed up when promised, neatly unloaded and stacked the wood and left no mess. We're thrilled with their service. We've now burnt our first two fires and enjoyed a much longer and better smelling burn compared to the wood from Lowes. We couldn't be happier! read more

My wife and I are SO happy we found GI-Mow, they are fantastic. We needed to replenish our firewood supply, so I headed to Yelp to find the perfect solution and of course Yelp came through with the perfect vendor. The delivery arrived when scheduled and the two veterans were so polite to my wife stacking the wood perfectly in our rack. We'll be using GI-Mow in the future for other services they offer. They offer so much other than firewood delivery and landscaping services. Thank you, GI-Mow for the excellent service. read more

GI-Mow - 1/2 cord, delivered and stacked perfectly. - Firewood Near Me - Richland Hills, Texas

I work as a contractor for the city of Fort Worth, and everytime this one specific crew comes and do our property, they smell like pure weed. I do not know how this is acceptable. You can smell the smoke from the truck when they pull up, it is really amazing how a company can run a business that allows their employees to smoke on the job. The crew looks like young teens or early 20's at that. I always see one guy name Treyvaugn, that is what his name plate says and he is always smoking with the guy with the trimmers. Then the guy Jorge literally sleeps on his mower. I called the company a few times but get no responses. Soon we will cancel our contracts with this company for the blatant disrespect to some of our properties and pedestrians that come through daily. read more

the yard and beds looks great! crew was pleasant and polite. yard was cleaned up afterward, leaving no scrap behind.

Good job removing my yard majorly loaded with leaves. Cleaning and hauling away is just what I needed. I will use them again next year.

To high price for chopped wood unless. They want 350 for a cord of wood not worth my time

We needed wood and were tired of going to the grocery store or big chain hardware store. So I sent my information in on Monday and got a very quick response with information about delivery and what my total cost would be. I reached back out to them and gave them information about where to drop the wood off in our backyard. Then, the following day they arrived - ahead of the time they actually estimated would be there, but they still let me know when they were 20 minutes out - and delivered the wood as promised. We had more than enough wood to get us through the severe cold snap in February. Will definitely give them a call again in the fall. read more

Outstanding response and customer support. Spoke with Steve at 8:30 on a Saturday morning. Received my firewood by 1:30 the same day. Not only were the guys who delivered the firewood very courteous, but they called to let me know they were on their way, showed up on time, and stacked the firewood in my backyard. Definitely will call GI-Mow when I need more! read more

We recently opened a business in Keller ,Tx we called GI Mow to come service our lawn! Instead of checking the ground by walking or even notice a difference in the grass/ground instead of letting us know the employee runs the zero turn through the wet spot is so stuck he had to winch the lawn mower out with a pick up truck! Then the proceeded to say it was our fault we had a leak! All bc he was in a rush and couldn't take his time for 150$ every two weeks i could pay the neighborhood kid to pay more attention then this read more

At the end of November I reached out to multiple companies on Yelp to try and find someone to install Christmas lights. The only one to respond, was GI-Mow! Curtis, the owner, scheduled an estimate for the following week and a week later I had lights up. The guys installing were extremely professional and courteous. I would highly recommend GI-Mow for any landscaping needs you might have based solely on this experience. While many other firewood delivery services had a 2 week expectation of delivery, GI-Mow was able to deliver pretty much next day. This was appreciated in front of the expected ice storm about to hit our area in a couple of days. The delivery guy called and I was able to guide him to my location. Came home to some neatly stacked wood. Highly recommend. read more

I wish I could vote 0 stars for this company. I was detailed and showed Curtis(owner) what I needed done. He quoted me and I agreed to it. Aaron and 3 others come out and within 15 minutes say they can't finish the job and told me it'll take long than expected and will have to come back in 2 days. They also gave me some instructions to help them upon their return and I complied. Hours later I am informed that I was misquoted by Curtis and the quote was raised! Then minutes later Aaron tells me they are cancelling the job! Very unprofessional! I'm obviously getting jipped here! I complied with all they wanted and they want to scam me! read more
