While the did have someone come out to repair, we're now left waiting for a response from Nix on who will complete the repair with caulk and paint needed. 0 stars for communication, several phone calls to Melissa, I've spoken to Charles as well. Still waiting on a response. I'll update this review if the company does what is right and rectifies our situation. Until then, I'd recommend finding a different company for your door needs. Nix is not recommended.

Absolute crooks! My husband went to get a quote for the products we needed. When he went back to…read morepurchase them they tried to change the price. They resolved that issue, but the delivery came all bundled up at 7 am I couldn't count them all because of the way they were packaged so I did not give the driver the pink copy confirming all products were there. When our contractor gets started we noticed we were shorted 40 pieces. They of course won't rectify their mistake and kept $270 worth of material that we never received. I did however take a picture on delivery where you can clearly count there isn't 190 pieces of the materials I paid for. Save yourself money and frustration and chose any other company.

I called on 10/17 and inquired as to stock and if the sheets were indeed 1/2 not 7/16 and Brianna said YES they are 1/2 in. I came in to purchase the next morning 10/18 and was told by the young man at the counter he didnt know if they had 1/2.. few mins later another young man comes back and assures me these were indeed 1/2 in.. He knew he was lying cause he lowered price by .50 per sheet. I paid, they loaded and when I got home I see the sheets in small print do say 7/16... When I called back all I got was sorry - no offer to refund and make right. What a horrible sorry way to do business. I drove an hour to get here. They were nice and friendly enough while they lied to me though... I would call that completely unprofessional. Also, I did send message back on fb after I called and what a shocker, they chose to ignore (didnt ignore when I was shopping for stuff!) If they do this on sales I cant imagine doing business with them for roofing and gutters... Avoid...

They are big on doing the RIGHT thing for their customers. They take a long-term attitude to doing good business. So, today is the first time I've scheduled them for a delivery. Let's just say there was an account/paperwork 'SNAFU', and when I did not hear from them by ~12:30 I thought I better call, as they close @ 1:00. Glad I did. They had set up another account, and it had an error in the number and e-mail. Bummer. It was close to closing time.... They could have said "sorry about that, we'll call on Monday". But here's the deal. They didn't. Irma worked to recall a driver and Josh stepped up to manage the process. When I let them know that I had scheduled a crew to come out Sunday early to spread the dirt, they jumped into action. The made things happen fast. This is a testament to how they handle service and support. I was a bit disappointed at first, cause the contractor I am using wanted/needed the extra work. We were a bit pressed for time, so we didn't get to really look at everything, other than to take a quick look through the warehouse. The warehouse is a real sensory overload. They also have yard sculpture pieces outside that I did not look at. They have good prices on some really good looking cabinets, as well as doors of all kinds. We have a older house, and so will be slowly renovating. DHW will be our first priority of places to come to for that vintage look, as well as the current stuff. Maria was very nice to show me around, and we were stunned at how much stuff they have.

This will be a bit of an extensive write up so if you don't want to read; Overall Daniel did…read moreamazing work, would absolutely hire him again to do more jobs! The project I had done started a couple months back when I was researching pricing on having concrete poured from the back to the front yard, with a pad to store my garbage cans and any other items on the side of the house, as well as stone edging that matched the front of the house to go along the perimeter of the sidewalk. I had an estimated range of pricing I would be happy with for the amount of concrete and the overall scope of work to be done. Several contractors came out to give me quotes but Daniel was the only one who showed up at the time we had scheduled, which is very much appreciated. We talked about the scope of work, materials required and the timeframe for getting everything done. The pricing for the project was within the range I had researched before so I decided to go ahead and sign on with Daniel for the job. The concrete pour was a single day job. Daniel and his crew showed up in the morning to get all the prep work done and were very accommodating to some of the minor changes that I wanted to implement to the final design. Once that was done it was time to pour, which went about as smoothly as it could've gone. Finally we got the materials required to have the stonework done for the edging on the sidewalk. The materials were delivered to the house the day before and Daniel was again on time the next day to get the project done. We again talked about a couple minor changes to the final design (part of which was suggested by one of his crew) and this was another single day job. Daniel was able to come by the house and clean up everything from the project before I started getting issues from my lovely HOA. Again, overall Daniel did an amazing job, I'm particular about the work done on my house and he was very accommodating with any changes or issues I had. His work is top notch and high quality, I would rate higher if I could. Thank you again Daniel
