I contacted them by phone AND email. 3 calls and 3 emails later, they finally send someone to my home to speak with me. I had what I thought was a very good conversation about the work I needed done. The rep told me that he'd send an estimate of the work, and send over the person they contract with for automatic sprinkler repair. Long story short, NOTHING. I called and emailed, but no response. At first I thought they may have gone out of business, but then I see a couple of their trucks at my neighbors! Very strange. I wish I could rate them based on performance, but I can only comment on their lack of responsiveness. I had to find another company to do the work and I'm just surprised that a company would be so non-responsive to someone willing and ready to pay for extensive landscaping.

Despite my husband's requests that I fire him I have kept him as my lawn person. He's a nice young man. His lawn crew are very nice and hardworking. However he doesn't do what he has promised. I have many examples of when I have reached a level of frustration that I would have fired him at my family's request but stupid me. The latest one with broken sprinkler heads that remained that way for a month costing a significant increase in my water bill until I hired someone else to repair them. I fired him. My family will finally be happy. They will no longer have to hear my frustrations.

He and his crew then installed gutters and downspouts on the metal roof over my patio. This fixed a drainage problem and was well done. I contacted Lee's Lawn again to get an estimate for a rock border. They leveled the ground, put down material to restrict grass and weed growth, and then extended and buried the downspouts. Mr. Lee assured me they use prime, standard, and long lasting materials. I am very pleased with his professional expertise and work ethics. I will use his services again.

They were a two-person crew, and they arrived around 9am and finished around 2pm. They did a pretty good job - far better than I would have done myself. I wish they would have included gluing the pebbles down with mulch glue. I tried doing it myself with 3 coats and they are still loose. I may have to use less water to dilute the glue to see if it would be more effective. They both were hard workers, worked fast, and cleaned up well after themselves.

I needed my floors resealed and he promised me that his technique of using a roller instead of a spray would be alright. I was skeptical, but he convinced me it would look good. There are multiple missed spots and roller marks everywhere. It looks like a DYI project gone wrong. I was willing to live with it because he promised to come back in the future and fix it and provide me with some of the product in the meantime if I wanted to do some touch ups myself. $1500 later, no product, no returned phone calls, he just ghosted me.
