I had countertops and backsplash installed. The company took several months to complete punch list repairs. Less than a year after installation, I emailed my company rep to state that grout was chipping and ask if it was covered by a warranty. After sending several emails to multiple email addresses over a course of months, I have not yet received a response. Very poor customer service and they do not stand behind their work. read more

Purchased kitchen and bathroom countertops. The kitchen was a slab and the bathroom was a remnant. Overall, excellent company to work with. I did have to call a few times to verify install date/time or when the plumber was expected. I will also have to do some cosmetic touch ups which was disclosed as a possibility at the time I hired them. (It's definitely not excessive and is mostly paint touch up.) When the water lines were disconnected, I did have to ask if any of the valves were leaking which some were. I also helped clean up some of the water. In all, I would hire them again. We desperately needed new counter tops and they came highly recommended by two builders I know. We went by their showroom to look at their product. My wife liked the fantasy brown granite. They encouraged us to go to the warehouse in Dallas to pick out our slabs. Everyone was very helpful and professional. They just came by on Monday and installed our tops. Everything looks great! We are very happy with the results. Ramon and Shawn were both great. Installers were all polite and professional. They laid out tarps to protect our floors and surfaces. read more

I used to use them for all of my projects. I had a great relationship with my Sales Rep, and the front office. Everyone I worked with left, and they went downhill. No one is responsive, no one communicates, and it seems like they don't want business at all. Several contractors I work with had to stop using them as well. It's a shame because they used to be my go-to company. read more

We worked with a contractor for our bathroom remodel. the final touch was some stone shelves and a couple of other spots.The owner of Absolute was supposed to send some samples out for us to look at after we sent him samples of our tile. He never sent them so our contractor drove Out and chose for us. Thankfully, the contractor knew us well enough to know what we wanted. The stone company kept making appointments to come and install, and then just wouldn't show up! No call, no kind of communication with us OR the contractor...just didn't show 3 TIMES! They finally came and installed and after they left we noticed the stone was damaged. Again, we fought to get them out and when they finLly decided to show up, the owner put a liquid on the stone that made it darker in spots. We had to call them out again, and they spent a bit buffing it, but the discoloration never completely went away. We were afraid they would ruin our stone completely, so told our contractor we would just accept it like it is. I would never use this place and would not recommend it to anyone else. We love our new bathroom, and fell like the contractor and his team did an amazing job, but they do need to find a new stone company. read more
