They spent several hours on the repair. They sanded, repainted, and refinished the cabinet top. It took a long time, maybe 5-6 hours, but the finished product was fantastic. We are so pleased with their quality work. They were friendly and professional. They did not complain about the work or how long it took, they just got the job done right. When I called to explain what occurred, their response was to correct all the scratches and dings after they were installed. This is similar to buying a new car and paying full price but what was delivered was a used car. They are not being proactive with providing a remedy to delivering damaged cabinets. Their response is that damage occurs during install and they fix damage from installation all the time.

I'm writing this 3 years later because the amount of scratching and how awful they look now up close is so disappointing, I'd like to save someone else the headache. When I reached out to her immediately after the cabinets were done about the overspray, she got very passive aggressive and unprofessional as if she were offended that I questioned it. I never write negative reviews as I want to celebrate small business, but at this point, I'm looking out for future clients and the customer service and quality of the work from this business cannot be ignored.

Caution - the dont remove or mask anythink other than the walls, meaning they painted over the hinges and did not remove drawers or shelves in the cabinets so when you remove the shells are too big A-line that's not painted. They spray from only one angle so you have thin spots. They don't clean up their mistakes either, they painted areas of my floor and did not clean it before they left they leave that up to you. I am not talking about the little dusty over spray mist that you get. I did try to correct some of their errors but after they left I found the brush they were using, and its a cheap 99 cent brush which may explain why there's brush marks all in it. They have done quite a few things in our home, and I have zero complaints about any of it. They are very accessible--I texted with Noel the whole time about every step of the way. They are ALWAYS quick to respoond and address any issue. They are respectful and really helped offer opinions when I was struggling with choosing the designs I wanted. That meant a lot to me since I had never done anything of the sort. They most recently remodeled our shower and it looks AMAZING! If there are ever any issues, they are super quick to come correct them, and all the vendors they use are just as respectful as they are. They're great at what they do, and I won't ever go to anyone else when it comes to a remodling or repair of any kind. They are my go-to guys!
