He was very professional during the installation takeing care to not bump or knock anything over. My apartments had a contract with this company in which we could rent washer and dryers and pay the apartments. Recently, this has changed and we were to create an acct with the company pay them directly. I set up the acct before the deadline I was given. I received a call from company stating my lease with them would start May 1 but they would be charging me $1. I agreed. I am then charged for full payment, not once, but twice. They could not tell me when I would get a refund. That was my money to eat for the week and now I'm waiting days for a refund. This is my first impression of the company itself and I'm not sure if I will be continuing my lease after this. It's a real inconvenience to me. read more

I initially wanted a large capacity no agitator unit, they were out, according to their online ordering. I called and asked if they had a used one. They sent a "gently used" unit and it had a leak, so they delivered a new one but it included the agitator, which isn't what I ordered, but they are nice enough to charge me at the gently used price for my troubles. They double charged my card, for my appliance and then for my sister's appliance. I emailed first thing and haven't heard anything from the office so I'm still trying to get that corrected. My sister also has a call into them to get it corrected. Steve and Ethan were on time, were very courteous to not knock anything over, they tested the units to make sure there were no leaks, kept the door closed so my cat wouldn't run out etc. Delivery was spectacular, the billing and office needs some work. read more

I was supposed to receive an email from a "third party" from Appliance Warehouse about a $3.00 administration fee that supposedly began this month of June (email was supposed to be sent out in May). I did not receive it and they were going to add it on top of my late fee, which I understand and completely agreed with the late fee of $10.00 but I did not agree to the administration fee because I did not receive an email or any type of notification from Appliance Warehouse or the so-called "third party". I spoke with the manager Jeremy who said he would waive it because I was not informed of the additional fee but it felt sketchy to me. Anyway, he said he would send me an email but I have not received this email as of yet. Makes me wonder what other fees they may add whenever they feel like it. I would not recommend using them. Oh' and if you don't pay on the due date, they Will call and send out an email as well. I have NEVER know any company to do this! Scott was very rude and argumentative with me. Their web was not user friendly in my opinion. I tried more than 10x to fill out a rental agreement. The site kicked me out every time. I called multiple times. When Scott called back he said it's my phone and my problem. I highly recommend folks shop around. This company had a flyer at our office. I am removing their flyers and replacing them with another company that took my app over the phone and only charges me 22.50 a month for a washer. I recently moved my mother into a new apartment. The complex recommended PAL and it was really easy. We did everything online and were easily able to set up a delivery. They were on time, called prior, and Cam was super helpful and installed the w/d quickly. After the installation, I received a follow up call to check on how our experience went and asked if everything was ok. I really appreciated that because their team did do so well. They had real customer service and it was refreshing. Lastly, my mom thought something on the unit wasn't working and they were out the next day. Previously I've used Appliance Warehouse to rent appliances and although here were no complaints there weren't any compliments either. The customer service was mediocre and the washer and dryer looked very used. FORTUNATELY, with Precision I didn't have that issue. I chose "gently used" full sized washer and dryers and I am beyond impressed. The condition and cleanliness is superb. The delivery guys were nice and made sure everything was in place and worked greatly before leaving. Prior to my delivery, I called to confirm my understanding of cost and charges and they worked things out with me to make sure everything was clear and understood on both ends. Also if you order before three o'clock they can deliver by the next business day. If any updates need to be added to this review later I am the one to come back and make revisions but, I'm confident that I won't be let down. Thank you guys ! My washer and dryer were originally scheduled to arrive end of August (production delays due to COVID - the website informs you of this when you order online), but they gave me a call to notify me that an extra shipment had come in and I could have it earlier than expected. On the delivery day, Tyler was awesome! He gave me an hour's notice and arrived right on time. My apartment complex is a little confusing since it's on the same street as two others run by the same management, but he was patient and professional throughout. Precision Appliance is a shady company who seems to hide negative reviews on Google. So I'm turning here to warn you. Take your business elsewhere. If I could give zero stars, I would. I'm baffled by the absolute low quality appliances that they allow customers to have, while they're paying such high prices per month. I have wasted well over $200 on clothing, comforters, and sheets because the washer and dryers keep ruining them. The low quality washer and dryers they rent to us for absurd prices have destroyed most of the clothes my partner & I own, as well as our bedding, by having the stitches pulled and bundle up. It is impossible to get them back to normal once they do this. I will attach pictures. We have never had issues like this before. I am embarrassed that we pay so much per month for such crap quality appliances. At this point, we're highly considering just buying our own set or going to the laundromat. The only solution we are ever offered is to get our units swapped out. Well, this is the 3rd time we've had new units and our clothes still get ruined. At this point, we'll be demanding reimbursement for loss of items. The newest item damaged was a brand new comforter straight out of the package. It was in perfect condition going into the washer and once we pulled it out of the dryer, it looked like the photos attached. We don't even want to display it on our bed, considering how terrible it looks. Do better Precision Appliance. To top it off, clothes have come out with random stains that will not go away. Bleach has never been used, so there's no possible way it was user error. And to anyone considering renting from them, don't. Seriously, just go to a laundromat or finance your own set. I will be getting reimbursed for all of the clothing, bedding, and towels that have been ruined by your products. This is just insane. Take your money elsewhere. read more

Excellent! This is the second time I rented with Precision, they delivered the appliances when they said they would and the delivery guy was in and out in no time. Not sure what another reviewer is talking about as far as charging your card but I've never had this problem. The guy who answered the phone was really cool and got me set up quickly. My first time renting from them I was nervous about what kind of machines I would get but I ended up being pleasantly surprised. The washer/dryer are huge and were delivered really clean as if they were right out of the box. Would definitely use them again and will recommend to anyone who needs to rent washer/dryer. read more

DALLAS, TX. YES they do SHIP FAST, standard hookup service with delivery guys nothing special about the delivery guys, they do their jobs. HOWEVER they need to upgrade their PAYMENT options. It's 2022 going on 2023 and they don't give the customer options to pay ONLINE nor Phone automatic payments options or over the Weekend/HOLIDAYS or after hours which causes bills to go into a LATE status with is an extra $10 then $1.00 a day there after. THEN they will bug the crap out of you sending text/email about COMING TO PICK THE PICK UP THE APPLIANCES ONLY after a few days of being late. ALONG with their system NOT saving debit/credit cards so they bug the crap out you for their problem. I don't recommend this company. The stress they cause is not WORTH my money. I GUESS THEY THINK THEY ARE THE ONLY COMPANY WITH "NEW" MACHINES. The Billing/Collections Manager do not make the matters no better. They treat you like you bill is 30 days or more past due when it's only 1 or 2 days old. I'm happy I found another company to rent from that's a lot more updated with the payment options and better with Customer Service.... I got 2 clean machines, and he hooked them up and even showed me how to use it. He made sure it ran correctly and let me know to call the office if I had any issues. Also- he was very gentle and cautious with the machines and our house. I've had a couple bad experiences with others, so his cautious behavior was very reassuring. No long window delivery time-frame and the installation took less than 20mins (only took that long because of walking back and forth to company vehicle for the equipment.) The washer wouldn't fit through the bathroom due to the door, so he took the time to remove the door and get the washer and dryer through to set up. After, he put the door back and test ran the W&D.
