They buy cheap parts on Amazon for $30 and then charge customers $300 for the same repair…read more Extremely overpriced for the quality of work and materials used. I later found out the replacement parts were low-quality generic items anyone could order online for a fraction of the price. The communication was poor, the transparency was nonexistent, and the whole experience felt dishonest. If you're going to charge premium prices, at least use premium parts and provide professional service. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for fair pricing or trustworthy repairs. Make sure to always ask for the exact brand/model of the parts they plan to install and compare the prices yourself before agreeing to the job.

Most impressive was what that rather than simply proceeding with a more expensive multi-part replacement, the technician did additional research, came back with a better solution, and was able to repair the existing board. That eliminated the need for one of the expensive replacement parts, got the freezer working in hours instead of days, and cut the repair cost. The freezer is now working exactly as it should. I feel like it is harder than ever to find service providers who are true professionals that would do right by the customer over taking an easy way to charge more. It takes much more effort (not to mention integrity) to keep working on the problem and find a less expensive solution for the customer. ED has been truly professional in this way multiple times now. We will absolutely use them again.

At 3:52 PM, after receiving no call or update, I contacted Frigidaire because it had become clear that no one was going to show up. There were no missed calls, voicemails, or additional messages. No service was performed, and my time was wasted waiting for an appointment that never occurred. I hope Electrolux and Frigidaire reevaluate their partnership with this service provider, as this experience fell well short of reasonable customer service expectations.

Five other staff chatted and talked, and watched me. Eventually the red haired young woman at the counter waved me over as though I was a nuisance. I asked why all their cash registers were closed requiring me to line up in customer service. She rolled her eyes, scoffed, and told me they do it there now. She was so rude I asked her "You don't give a shit do you?" She scoffed again, shook her head, and mouthed "nope". When I declined to give my customer number because I would not he buying from them again, she asked why.
