    Yes, they actually have great brand new appliances that you can select, get delivered today and installed today. Forget what your friends say about the supply chain problems and that you can't get new appliances today. The selection is huge and the appliance you select is the exact one that you will get delivered today. Tony and David are both very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Expect to save about 20% - 25% off retail. Installation is about 1/3 less and they have all the parts you will need for the installation. Don't do the install yourself. Get them to do it. If you really want to save some money they have some items with scratches and scraps on parts you will never see. I like these guys and have recommended them to builders and others who can't get appliances so they can sell a house.

Brian, the salesperson, was aware of our time constraints and assured us that there would be no problem. However, once he received our payment, communication stopped completely. No one seems to know when our appliances will be shipped, let alone when they will arrive. We have been trying to get in touch with the manager (Corey Trent) for over a week, but to no avail. He seems to never be found. How difficult is it to find a manager in a 15,000 sqft showroom?? How do you have the inability to obtain a tracking number for products YOU sell in order to find out when they will be delivered? All we have gotten is the runaround. We now have people on standby, whom we have to continue to pay, because Brian and management can't seem to get it together. This is a total lack of professionalism! We urge you to take your money elsewhere-total lack of work ethic!!

    We went to Ed Kellum based on a recommendation from a friend and also because we wanted better…read moreservice than we could expect from a big box store like Home Depot/Lowe's. On January 4th, we purchased a KitchenAid double oven from Mark Pritchard. It was expected to arrive in late January, so he gave us an approximate installation date of February 1. Since we hadn't heard from him during the first week of February, we called him several days after the promised installation date to check on the status. He seemed surprised to get our call. He called us back and told us that the KitchenAid was on backorder for several more weeks. So, he offered us a more expensive oven (at a discount, but still more money than we planned to spend) and we paid the difference ONLY because it was available to be installed immediately. The Fulgor Milano was installed the following Saturday. But, Kellum's installer failed to test both ovens before he left. After he left, we discovered that only one of them worked. We contacted Mark who sent an electrician to our house. The electrician determined nothing was wrong at our house. We contacted Mark again. Mark then arranged (through Kellum's distributor) to send Apex (a repair company) to our house. Apex replaced two parts on the oven, and it still didn't work. Our request for a new (WORKING) oven was declined by both Mark and the distributor, and Apex came back out more than a week later on Feb 24 and replaced a third part on the oven. So, as of February 24, we now have a "brand new" oven (for which we paid several thousands of dollars) that has already been repaired twice (three parts replaced) in less than a month after waiting more than 3 weeks beyond the delivery time promised, and at a cost of several hundred dollars more than we planned to spend. Not once has Kellum reached out to see if the oven now works. We are planning to replace our dishwasher and two refrigerators. Based on our experience, we will shop elsewhere when we are ready to make those replacements. Needless to say, we are not happy with the service we received or the condition of the oven. We should have gone to Home Depot or Lowe's instead. Kellum's service has been awful.

I was in charge of buying the parts that were needed, pick up the parts at the store that got them, even if it was in Dallas, Fort Worth, I had to go pick them up, many times change and assemble the appliances that had parts changed, when I sold the built-in ones the Most of the time I had to upload them to the client's truck only between the client and me or get someone to come help me, because the owner did not come to help us even though I told him that I was occupying it, I ended up hurting my spine because of that , in the office I did not have a/c or heating, I got to be there in temperatures of more than 115* and less than 30* in winter with snow in the street, many times even on Sunday(my day off) I went to attend clients (without payment) ohhh also, in the storage I had merchandise for sale (in Dallas) I have the same, he lived 8 minutes away and I 40 and if there was a client for something that was there, I also had to GO, even a couple of times I had to take my husband to accompany me for safety...in the time it lasted, he never gave me vacations, I do not deny that sometimes I asked for 1-2 days for some outing for events for my children and if he gave them to me, but obviously he deducted them from my salary and according to the law they corresponded to me I already had 2 weeks of paid vacations (which never happened), when I had sales that were paid in cash, I took my salary from there, but if I had only received card payments, sometimes I had to wait up to a week for them to pay me ( even though I told him that no cash had come in), last year, sales were very low but there were, unfortunately most of them on card, the last 3 months I worked there, I DID NOT PAY ME , I was also in charge of making utility payments (electricity, internet, storage) sometimes if you gave me your card information so that I could enter the payments and other times I had to enter them with mine if I had cash from any sale, well, the last 3-4 months I was there, there was NO cash, he told me that he had no money and well, the power and internet were already being cut off and I had to pay from my pocket to be able to continue operating the store, cash was still not coming in (incidentally when a sale came in of built-in, so if he stopped at the warehouse to pick up the $$$ and if I was owed salary, he told me that as soon as I deposited it, he would send it to me and sometimes it wasn't there until 3-6 days later... and obviously I didn't buy merchandise...) and so, seeing that he didn't care about the store and I was already owed a considerable amount, I talked to him and told him that I couldn't be working like that, without salary, with a debt, without help and that he offered to go only by appointment and so that he would not worry about covering full salary, he told me and I quote: If the warehouse is like this, without merchandise, without money in the box, it is SOLELY BECAUSE OF YOUR FAULT, You practically brought MY STORE TO RUIN, and well, 8 months after these words, HE DID NOT WANT TO PAY ME, HE BLOCKED ME EVERYWHERE, IF we have a family reunion and he knows that I am going, he DOES NOT GO and says that he is not comfortable, yes. I am here because I charge him, I am very sorry to give him lol and by the way, when I resign for the reasons mentioned; He began to tell his mutual acquaintances that he kicked me out because, according to him, I was stealing from him... me!! to put up with him, to help him, to always be at the foot of the canon with him, he began to say that about me, even to people I found who got us merchandise... that was the only thing I got from the owner from this store..
