Our refrigerator was making an odd sound, when I did some research, on YouTube, it said it could be the coils needed cleaning. I called Elite had some good reviews and I find repair people from Sachse do great work. Willy from Elite came over next day and cleaned the coils but the drain tubes were clogged and had to be replaced. The price was very reasonable. CUSTOMER SERVICE NONEXISTENT!!!Unfortunately, our experience has been far from satisfactory. We purchased a complete kitchen package for our remodel. Brian, the salesperson, was aware of our time constraints and assured us that there would be no problem. However, once he received our payment, communication stopped completely. No one seems to know when our appliances will be shipped, let alone when they will arrive. We have been trying to get in touch with the manager (Corey Trent) for over a week, but to no avail. He seems to never be found. How difficult is it to find a manager in a 15,000 sqft showroom?? How do you have the inability to obtain a tracking number for products YOU sell in order to find out when they will be delivered? All we have gotten is the runaround. We now have people on standby, whom we have to continue to pay, because Brian and management can't seem to get it together. This is a total lack of professionalism! Spent over 20,000 dollars with this company bought a propane install kit that was not put in as paid for. Finally the partially put it in but butchered the simmer function. Fisher & Paykel 2 years later tell us it was improperly installed had to order a $180.00 part and the labor to fix an improperly installed appliance. Now, there is a big concern when ordering such a big ticket item on line, questions like how good a company is and will they stand behind the product etc. they exceeded my expectations! the communication regarding shipment and delivery was beyond "pretty good", it was EXCELLENT! I bought a refurbished Viking refrigerator about four years ago we were told at the time it was totally redone and was great and would run with no problems. It was "like new "The people at the show room seemed confident that this was a great appliance. Since that time The compressor stopped working, the High voltage board stopped working the low-voltage board stopped working and just now the condenser fan died. Repairs costing over $$ 6000!!!! Clearly Elite is selling lemons passed off as reliable appliances. I tried calling multiple times as did my husband, all I really want is my initial purchase money back. This fridge has been nothing but a headache I would never buy anything from there again. I contacted their repair end of the business, American appliance repair who took months to get parts, I did the research to find part numbers myself and in the long run got the run around from them as well. I would never recommend these companies, they are thieves Praying on innocent hard working people. Shame on you Elite and L Cash Group With the cost of the refrigerator and repairs we've spent a minimum of 11,000 probably slightly more. Don't give these people business! Unfortunately our order was delayed multiple times due to the supply chain disruption which was very frustrating. However the team at Elite was very helpful in answering every one of our inquires, especially Bianca who went out of her way multiple times to get the delivery update for us. Finally all our orders came in full today after almost eight months! While the purchasing experience was poor, and it took a yelp review to get a resolution, I do appreciate his sincere apologies and willingness to help. ------------------------------------- I picked Elite based on their good reviews online. Presale communication was great, but once they had my money, things went south. I ordered and paid thousands of dollars for a suite of kitchen appliances. The promised delivery date was missed twice with no call or update. Their installer actually called me angry that they didn't have my appliances for him to pick up when he got to the warehouse on the second missed delivery date. They routinely do not answer or respond to emails and phone calls. Every update was the same, we don't know what happened or when your appliances will arrive. Several folks I spoke to were rude and argumentative. Eventually they agreed to cancel my order and refund my money. When I called to see where my refund was a week later, I was told they were unable to refund it to my card, so they would cut me a check. read more

Let me start with I never do reviews, however it's important to me that no one else has to deal with this mess of a business. We went instore in end of Feb '22 to purchase our appliances with Elite since the sales rep was confident the appliances would be here in 8 weeks. We started our kitchen remodel this year where the work started in May 2022. All the appliances came at separate times several weeks after the 8 week deadline, the installers were given wrong parts from Elite and pushed project back further. Our contractor did his best to communicate with the store yet no one ever could communicate back. We were told the vent hood could be custom cut and installed onsite by the installers... which was later found not to be true and then Elite tells us that we have to pay extra money for the custom cut piece from its manufacture even though it was their mistake. By October we still did not have our double oven. So purchased the same Model from another provider in NY and it was delivered within a week. We requested our refund from Elite, and they then delivered the check and deducted the difference from the vent hood without our permission and the check was made out to our contractor's name even though we paid for the appliances!? This entire process with Elite has been a nightmare and there is no communication and when you call to ask for a manager, they are never available or in a meeting and they will never call you back. We have had to email and call every time for a status update when we were waiting for the appliances to come in. And, the unit is stuck in DEMO mode so the food we purchased spoiled and it's Saturday night. The "chat agent" advises they will have someone call me ... really!!!! I worked with Brian and another salesman and they were awesome. The cooktop arrived in perfect condition and we were very impressed with the delivery company they use. This is a hard review to write. But I feel it necesary to do so. Elite have a couple of engaging guys (Jimmy and ?) who demonstrate the Big Green Eggs outside of the Bed Bath Beyond near the tollway. They are knowlegeable and good. But they work for a company that I would no longer want to do business with. Here's the saga. We ordered a Big Green Egg and it was delivered roughly when we expected it. However, the problems started with the delivery. They didn't bring all the parts, so had to come back later. No big deal, but a slightly disquieting feeling. Anyhow the parts were eventually all delivered, so time to get cooking. However before cooking I dismantIed it and saw that there some pieces of plastic left inside the firebox. Had I lit the grill, it would probably have been ruined. Also, it wasn't lined up properly, so the draft wouldn't have flowed correctly. I warmed the egg carefully - at about 300F all day with no food. Noticed that the way the lid closed pinched the fireproof gasket. So that was suspicious. Sure enough after 4 uses the gasket had detached at that point. So I went to the store to get a replacement. They had to order one. I couldn't get them to replace it for nothing. Very disappointing by the guys in the store. I also inspected other assembled eggs and saw how the lid should be attached - not the way this one was exactly. I need to adjust mine. Then to my surprise the "plate setter" doesn't seem to fit properly. I end up using it "legs up" and the bread bakery is working well. However after the 4th. use one of the legs of the place setter broke inside the egg. Nothing that I can think that I did. Possible flaw maybe? So, back to the dealer. This time I am told that it is not under warranty, but they will "give me $10 off". I need the piece, so buy it. It doesn't fit any better than the first one. Now I have calls in to Big Green Egg support. So far the total of 5 uses of this thing have cost me more than dinner at The Mansion! I don't think I can afford to keep eating like this! So bottom line, I will be looking at another place to buy supplies. Unlikely ever to use Elite's services again. read more

I came to this shop looking for a Miele washer. The actual shop was good, in fact really good, but the customer service was horrible! I am usually not one to write negative reviews but the guy at the reception was so terrible that I feel compelled to write this. This guy was on the phone the entire time my wife and I were walking around looking at appliances. We walked in planning to buy a washer but saw a beautiful fridge we were also determined to walk out with... meanwhile, the customer service rep was still on his phone and we could hear that it was a personal conversation and not professionally related to any in-store products. After waiting for quite some time on the barstools near the guy's desk, the guy was still chatting away without so much as a mimed "Just one sec while I wrap this up." My wife finally interrupted his conversation and asked him if he could help us. Rudely he told us they were out of good Miele washers and would be available only in April or May. Before talking to this guy, we roamed around the shop and had seen 6 to 7 Miele washers. When we asked for a brochure, he told us he had run out of them. He didn't get up from his chair, display any empathy for the shortage of washers, had a very rude tone throughout the entire conversation. When we walked away his apologetic tone to his buddy on the phone, "I'm *so* sorry about that!" was indicative of what his priorities were--not actual in-house customers! The worst customer representative I have ever met... I am *stunned* by the lack of professionalism at a place that claims to be "elite." This man had a half-eaten burrito, crumpled up bags of nacho chips and other scatterings near his work-station & zero enthusiasm to help us. It's as if he missed the memo that he was at work and not his living room. I highly discourage anybody considering this shop to go here... there are a few alternatives to go to instead. read more

I am very happy that I found Elite Appliance, their prices are the best I could find anywhere, and I searched for over a month for my viking range, and vent a hood. from start to finish everything was seamless. Pricing is competitive and for the most part the crew is helpful. The salesperson that helped us didn't seem to know the products very well as he pointed us to a unit that was backordered and an older model when they had 80 of the new ones in the warehouse that were $250 less. I decided to do the install myself and still haven't resolved the kick plate issue as the plate is solid and won't fit due to a water line elbow - in hindsight I should have probably just paid to have it installed.
