Not only can he not fix anything - you can't trust him. He talks a big game about being a man of his word, but he's far from it.

He kept me totally up to date on what the symptoms were and expected repair costs. After several hours, they came up to my desk, advised me that they were finished and asked if they could have copper tubing he replaced. I went back to see the kitchen and NOTHING had been cleaned and there was water all over the floor. Myself and a co-worker cleaned it up. I was told to give it 24-48 hrs for ice to be made. The following morning the icemaker started smoking so we unplugged it and called them. Another man came out and fixed whatever was smoking and told me to call if it didn't make ice and he would replace it. It barely makes small cubes so I tried calling, never received a call back. Texted and never received a response back to that either.
