I was quoted a price for stripping old finish off and buffing/polishing the tub back to life. Unfortunately, when it was stripped it exposed some pitting, staining and low places that could not be buffed out. Ernie then decided it would have to be refinished with his patching & painting process and I ended up with a beautiful tub that seems extremely durable (5 year warranty) and looks great. The process for requesting a quote and booking was easy and quick, I received a detailed quote the same day from Debbie with additional information on the process and exactly what to expect. The day of service, Jim took great care to cover and protect other surfaces in the bathroom and set up a good effective ventilation system before starting the refinishing process. He came back the next day to remove protective covering, replaced drain hardware with new and re-caulked around the tub and even another area of the bathroom that needed it!
