I couldn't be happier with everything about our experience from beginning to end. I requested a quote and they were at our home within an hour to give us a quote to match our hand scraped hardwood floor floors, which are one of the favorite things about our older home. We were able to start work within two weeks and every aspect of the communication, and process of getting the work done was easy and seamless. I really really valued the open communication about when the team was en route, how long they would be at our home, when we could expect them back and even when they had to duck out or get a material replaced, the communication was extremely open and clear. I loved that the team was courteous and wearing shirts that matched what was on the truck. Everyone was friendly.
