I've worked with the Tub Guy (Andres) on a few projects, and I still stand by my Five Star review!! In fact, I'd like to add another reason for it: Andres honors his warranty. If you're currently trying to choose the right refinishing company, ask about their warranty. How long it lasts? What's covered? Take the time to read reviews and see if that company actually stands behind it. Andres explains all of that upfront, in writing, but more importantly, he follows through when you need it, without having to chase him down. That level of service is rare. Between the quality of his refinishing work, respectful of my property, showing up on time, and his commitment to standing behind it, he's earned my trust. 100% would not hire anyone else. Knowing he'll be there again for my next project makes the investment completely worth it. TIP: The Tub Guy offers free estimates. You've nothing to lose to reach out and get one. read more

Pleased with the work. Only 'note' or suggestion ... he agreed to be at my house between 9-10am. Arrived 10:20... should've called or texted me to let me know he was running late. That aside, I'm pleased with the result. Our 60 yr old porcelain finished cast iron tub looks brand new. read more

I had this company out to do a bit of repair and refinish an old tub. It looked AWFUL. There was a ton of discoloration, and several little chipped spots. They came out, and gave us a free estimate, one of several estimates we received. We eventually selected them based on their pricing, and warranty. They came out about a year ago, and did a GREAT job! No complaints at all. Fast forward to a year later, and we had begun to notice a bit of discoloration around the entire tub. I contacted them with my problem, and a picture. I heard back within about 48 hours later, with no problem whatsoever. They scheduled an appointment for the next week, and got us taken care of. They have been incredibly professional, and easy to work with. I also never felt like we weren't a priority since it wasn't a new, cash generating job for them. I highly recommend them and their staff. read more

All I can say is, WOW! After a freak accident while our house was for sale left our bathtub porcelain chipped, in a panic I contacted Tub Guy. They were able to come out the same day (with a small rush fee), and our technician, Andres, couldn't have been more friendly and professional. Our tub looks brand new and we are so grateful! read more

I had called Andreas & Lilly about my cousins tub which had rust spots around the drain that had rusted completely through so that water was running under her house. The Tub Guy crew ran into some complications but got it done and it looks like new. I cannot thank these guys enough for the care and dedication they put into this job. I know it wasn't an easy one. I definitely recommend them! Thank you again. Alan M read more

Thank you for fixing my mom's tub. It looks brand new. The old tub was old and yellow but now bright white and clean.

I had to have the old tub & counter top redone due to changing the color in remodeling the bathroom. They did a great job changing a yellowish tub & counter to bright white. I also used these guys in my former home as well to redo an almost hundred year old tub that had chips and rust stains. Both projects were done with care & perfection! I highly recommend them! read more

Extremely happy with the work Andres did on our tub. There was a bit of overspray in a hard to reach area. Andres was very apologetic and said he would fix the problem. We declined his offer as it was really no big deal to us. We just wanted to make sure it wouldn't cause problems in the future. He said if it did to let him know and he would correct the issue. There was an area that he wasn't able to caulk because we wanted clear silicone where a glass wall met the tub. He said he'd come back with the silicone to finish the job. Honestly I was skeptical he'd return for such a small fix. But, he returned to finish the job without any calls from us. It is obvious Andres takes pride in his work and you should have no reservations having him work in your home. read more

Looks great! We were able to get a quote and the project completed in the same week! He even caulked around the tub and floor which I'm grateful for because it's a pain for us to do! read more

I got a prompt response when reaching out to this company on Yelp (within the hour). They scheduled and completed a remodel of our shower. The caulk was all moldy and gross and unable to be cleaned despite my best efforts. This company came out and refinished our shower in one day. The job took about 3 hours from start to finish and cost $600. The two workers were prompt and clean. The job comes with a 5 year warranty and we could not be more pleased. It looks like we have a new shower. I LOVE IT!!!! read more

I would HIGHLY recommend these guys for resurfacing work. They were very reasonably priced, showed up on time, and completed the whole job in just 2 hours. Andres was very responsive and had Luis come out the next day to resurface our tub. As to the quality of the work, the pictures speak for themselves. It's like having a brand new bathtub. Luis was incredibly courteous and got straight to work. They were so quiet, my wife was in the bedroom sleeping through most of the work and didn't even know when they left! I can not recommend this company enough for bathtub work. The quoted price was the invoiced price and we couldn't be happier with our tub. We will be using them as much as possible in the future. read more

It became clear a few years after I got my house that the previous owner attempted to refinish the tub and did a horrible job and used the wrong materials and resulted in so much chipping as you can see in the before picture. I reached out and got a quote quickly and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. The contractors were professional, punctual, and did an amazing job. I would recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again! read more

One phone call, a few uploaded photos of our old tub, and I had an estimate and an appointment for the tub to be refinished. I had had my sink redone before and did not last very long. George came by and redid my sink and it looks like it is brand new. I do think it is going to last this time because they told me not to use it for 24 hours(at least) and they guaranteed it for 2 years-the last people did not tell me these two things. The method looked better after they finished! I am super happy!! Call them!! read more

I hired this company to refinish my ceramic tile shower, based on previous reviews that they've received. They did an excellent job and exceeded my expectations. This group is my new "go to" for tub repair and Reglazing based on the work they professionally performed at my house yesterday. It was easy and pleasant setting the appointment and Luis arrived on time. He even waited the 10 minutes it took me to reply to his call, text and knock on my door. My tub had been damaged resulting in the area finally rusting after a previous repair by another person. He removed the sliding shower doors and track and, not even having to ask me, he patched the holes in the tile such that they're not visible (I was going to remove them regardless, so he saved me from doing that job!) He protected all surfaces and cleaned up, such that I didn't have to do that either. The tub looks like new. Thank you, Luis! read more

I had tub and shower refinished on weekend. It looked shine, but some areas are rough and chips. I am very disappointed and give 2 stars for the job. Don't recommend. I had no problems with the service. They quoted me a price and a time frame and honored everything that they offered. Would recommend.

The Tub Guy and his team did an amazing job in my bathroom. I had a nearly-yellow 25 year old garden tub that was made anew. After seeing the amazing transformation on the tub, I had them return to refinish the shower pan and clamshell cultured marble vanity as well. It's now a very updated bathroom at a fraction of the cost. Communication was great, they arrived on time and finished as expected both times. I highly recommend the Tub Guy and would use them again for other projects in the DFW area. read more

The Tub Guy team and Joshua provided exceptional work and customer service. I renovated an old bathroom but did not want to replace the tub. He repaired the side of the tub and applied the apoxy to make it look like new. He also repaired an area around the faucet where I had updated the hardware. He returned to buff and smooth out the tub after it had set. It looks like new and I am very impressed! read more

Had a very good experience with this company. The whole process was so easy. I requested a quote through yelp. I had an answer within about 10 minutes. I felt the price was fair so I scheduled an appointment. The worker showed up about 15 minutes early. (When does that ever happen?). He looked at the area asked me if I had any questions and got to work. They were done in about an hour and a half to two hours. He let me know how long I needed to let it set before using it again. I got the invoice through email and paid. I had my shower pan resurfaced and It looks like brand new. Very happy customer. read more
