I had this company out to do a bit of repair and refinish an old tub. It looked AWFUL. There was a ton of discoloration, and several little chipped spots. They came out, and gave us a free estimate, one of several estimates we received. We eventually selected them based on their pricing, and warranty. They came out about a year ago, and did a GREAT job! No complaints at all. Fast forward to a year later, and we had begun to notice a bit of discoloration around the entire tub. I contacted them with my problem, and a picture. I heard back within about 48 hours later, with no problem whatsoever. They scheduled an appointment for the next week, and got us taken care of. They have been incredibly professional, and easy to work with. I also never felt like we weren't a priority since it wasn't a new, cash generating job for them. Extremely happy with the work Andres did on our tub. There was a bit of overspray in a hard to reach area. Andres was very apologetic and said he would fix the problem. We declined his offer as it was really no big deal to us. We just wanted to make sure it wouldn't cause problems in the future. He said if it did to let him know and he would correct the issue. There was an area that he wasn't able to caulk because we wanted clear silicone where a glass wall met the tub. He said he'd come back with the silicone to finish the job. Honestly I was skeptical he'd return for such a small fix. But, he returned to finish the job without any calls from us. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys for resurfacing work. They were very reasonably priced, showed up on time, and completed the whole job in just 2 hours. Andres was very responsive and had Luis come out the next day to resurface our tub. As to the quality of the work, the pictures speak for themselves. It's like having a brand new bathtub. It was easy and pleasant setting the appointment and Luis arrived on time. He even waited the 10 minutes it took me to reply to his call, text and knock on my door. Oh wow! That's about it - oh wow! We took off the doors to our tub/shower surround and it looked bad. We knew it would, but it was worse than expected. Then came Josh (I hope I got the name right). Sweet guy! He came in and in 5 hours I had a brand-new surround - NOPE, but it sure looks like it; absolutely stunning! And he caulked the floor next to the tub; unexpected but very appreciated. So the surround went from dirty (although I did clean it a least once before he got to it), nasty off-white nicotine color to a beautiful stunning white! I LOVE it. Unfortunately, I don't have good pics of the before, so no pics. One other thing. He arrived at the door with his mask in place already - and properly worn. That means a lot to me.
