He was on time and provided a quote based off of our final selection. Two guest bedrooms and the master were to be converted from carpet to laminate wood flooring at our house in Princeton, TX. On the day of the install, the head installer (Baltazar) showed up on time. It took him two days to complete the job. Couldn't be happier! Very friendly and professional! Our install was not the best experience due to the distributor cancelling our order for some…read morereason. We picked out our flooring two months in advance, and Abraham said that the distributor must have assumed that it was canceled because the install was not until two months later. I did not hear from them in the weeks leading up to our install so I called a week in advance to see if we were still good to go and they assured that everything was still set for the date we picked. Anyways, my husband had taken the week off of work and they only had enough engineered hardwood flooring to do one room. They went ahead and did the carpet in the bedrooms by Friday of that week. They didnt start on the rest of the house until the following Monday. So we had to takeoff work again, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. The workers showed up on time on Monday to rip up the flooring. They didn't show up until noon on Tuesday to install the new flooring so they were still working up until 8 o'clock that night and were still not finished by that evening so they had to come back out Wednesday morning to finish. Needless to say this drug on for almost 2 weeks with our house being turned upside down, not being able to get to our stuff or Cook in our kitchen. I requested that Abraham hire a cleaning service to clean our house because we both had to go back to work and didn't have time to put it back together until the following weekend. He agreed and he did send someone out the next day and they did an impeccable job cleaning the house and getting rid of the dust. I will say had the distributor not canceled our order, we probably would've had a better experience and it would've been done in a timely manner. I think that it's a reputable place and they're honest people. They could work on their communication skills a little better. Would I recommend them again yes because overall the work was good and they did try to make it right after the mistake happened.

The prices seemed very reasonable and everything was in stock except for the vanity, but we weren't ready to receive that until after the tile and shower was built and installed. Our 83 year old home has original Saltillo Tiles which I don't think have ever been restored since…read morethey were installed. Due to the porosity of clay tile, it can very easily be ruined by the wrong type of cleaning and sealant application. It's a job for professionals. And folks who specialize in this type of tile are hard to find. I found Tyler and his company, Seal Systems through Yelp and called them for an estimate. I was pleased to learn this is ALL they do. They specialize in natural clay tile restoration. Tyler's dad even created a proprietary cleaning solution to address the potential issues of stripping off old sealer. On Day 1, they showed up and stripped the tile on their hands and knees. No machines, just two guys working their a$$es off. On Day 2, the sealant went down, four coats in total (I believe) were spread. (I prefer the high-gloss Saltillo). The tile looks gorgeous. The patina is still there but the whole room has a new life. I love the way it turned out - 100% exceeded my expectations (because old tile restoration can be hit or miss.) If you have clay tile that needs some TLC - hire these guys. They are professional, responsible, dependable, and know what the heck they're doing. Also - family owned business...that's a good thing.

I hired the Tile Gallery to do a remodel on my kitchen and bathroom and floors throughout my condo…read more This was in 2019 and less than six years later, I was finally able to have it done right by another company.. Within months after the kitchen was done, doors started falling off the cabinets. They had installed some decent quality cabinets in my bathroom, but Noel said he's no longer working with that subcontractor and there would be a different one doing my kitchen cabinets and they would do a lot better. That was NOT the case. The cabinets they installed were at the quality you would see in a $500 a month apartment not a $300,000 condo. . I've never been so embarrassed about my home. You see the cabinets as soon as you walk in the door and they were a total eyesore . Additionally the tile work they did in the bathroom is starting to crack. I made Noel aware of it he said he would get back with me and never did. The "luxury" vinyl wood planks he installed throughout my condo are already starting to discolor and will soon need to be replaced. They also performed electrical work which was clearly not done correctly and in violation of city code. I had to hire another electrician because what they did was unsafe. I'd be surprised if the guy who did the work actually had a license. I regret reaching out to the tile gallery to do the work in my condo. Enjoy the money now, Noel. You know you didn't earn it and you know karma is coming for you.

Siegfried was always on the spot with anything we asked for. He even provided samples for my wife to take back to our new home and we laid them out on our floor to decide. We finally settled on a color and made an installation appointment. One thing we appreciated is how fast he would answer our questions. If it wasn't by phone, it would be text. INSTALLATION / CREW My wife was representing us at our home and keeping her keen eye on things. She was especially pleased, and as a former corporate interior designer, she knows where companies/contractors will short cut installs. According to her, they did everything right. We put in vinyl flooring throughout the entire home except the master bathroom (we have pets; i have bad allergies) and it looks gorgeous. Because our house was completely empty, they were able to finish our 2,400 sq ft home in 3 days. Might be longer if you have furniture. The crew was led by a man named Elly (sp?) and he and the guys were very respectful of our home and took care to make sure things were clean after every day. They took away all the refuse from the demo and took away boxes and other misc sundries after each work day. Siegfried arranged the plumber whose prices were competitive with market rate. There was an accident (small hole in wall) while moving a piece of heavy furniture but Siegfried decided to take care of it on his own dime. Wow, we were impressed! PRICING Speaking of pricing, his rates were competitive with the 3 other shops I called for estimates. PICS These are just a few shots. Our place looks amazing and we can't wait to move in!
