They sent two guys that were respectful and wanted to work, but needed direction and supervision. They used a lot of my tools as they were not prepared to take on this job. I was in contact nearly every day with Kelly and her partner as I tried to work with them. I could go on and on about their excuses. Subs were asking if I was paying Kelly, because they were not getting paid. After about three weeks (into a ten day job) I had to ask them to leave with the job half done. (less than half once the new contractor had to redo some of their work) At that point Kelly demanded full payment. I believe Kelly and her partner know very little about renovations. They bid the job, order materials and hope their subcontractors can make it work. I will add that I had worked in construction when I was younger, so i am familiar with what was needed I had a bad feeling about Kelly the first time we met, she really didn't seems to understand the work process or construction in general. Thinking she was just the front person I move forward with them. I should have listened to my gut.
