I needed a large jetted tub resurfaced. I found Sharp Refinishing and did not even bother to read reviews because I was so impressed with the response I received on email. I was able to provide Debbie with the measurements and a few pictures. We communicated for a couple of days with questions and answers and a quote was delivered. I was so impressed with the simple professional response that I called and scheduled the work to be done. The wait time was about 4 weeks. I cannot begin to tell you how refreshing it was to do business with real professionals. When Jim arrived he had some suggestions and we went with his recommendations (after all he has been doing this a long time). Jim and Floyd were so considerate and I think every surface was taped and covered prior to the spraying. I would have had no problems leaving my house in their hands. The job took about 6 hours and the venting of the residual smell was vented out the window. Not much residual smell the next morning. I am so glad that I resurfaced rather than replaced. The tub is beautiful and better than new. This business is exceptional and I would recommend the Sharp's for any resurfacing you need done. She was informative, very prompt in returning my phone calls, and responding to my emails. She gave me the estimate, and scheduled for Jim to come refinish my bathtub. Jim called before he came to let me know he was on his way. He was on time, friendly, I felt safe with him in my home, a Christian man, and very professional. He cleaned up after himself during and after the job. He came back the next morning to allow dry time and finish once again he was right on time. Jim & Debbie have to be two of the most professional and most kind businesspeople that I have ever worked with. My bathtubs were beyond horrible from my homebuilder (yes, they were brand new), and Sharp Bathtub Refinishing came in and made them look like they came right off the factory line. First off, the important stuff: The final result of their work was impeccable! The bathtub looks better than brand new and he even threw in some convenient drain and faucet recommendations (which I went ahead with and 100% am satisfied with)! On top of that, they provided the convenience of me leaving a way for them to get in while I was at work, which meant I didn't have to take time off for them to work. Finally, whether they personally cleaned up or were simply thorough with keeping their workspace clean, the bathroom looked spotless and as if no one had ever been in there once they were done. In terms of convenience and the quality of the work, I am 100% satisfied. I do not have a whole lot of reference for price, but I can say that I had no problem with the price once I saw the results. 5 stars is not enough! FANTASTIC company, professional, communicate well and showed up on time.. I was on a time crunch because I am selling the home. My bathtub had numerous chips and the finish was basically gone. I had a choice to tear out the old tub and replace the wall and floor tile which would cost thousands of dollars and take more time than I had. Jim swooped in and made my old tub look brand new. Sprayed it with numerous coats and it was just beautiful. They saved me ALOT of money and I think the refinished tub looks better than new. They masked everything off and vented the bathroom to a outside window even though the house was vacant so the smell would not linger for the new owners. I dropped a heavy screwdriver into a nice 4 year old under mount sink. This resulted in a small chipped spot and 3 hairline cracks several inches long. David from Sharp Refinishing did a fantastic job of repairing the sink to look brand new again. He was very meticulous in masking and covering most of the bathroom to make sure there was no overspray and also did a fine job of cleaning everything up at the end.
