So on my way to the lake, I textEd him the gate code, and he comes back with "I'll be 45 minutes late". I told him, okay, just let me know if anything changes. His response, "okay, will do." Never showed up, never sent a response. I don't care how busy you are, that is so incredibly unprofessional. if Possum Kingdom even gets another pretty good painter with decent communication skills, they will kill it! But it won't be Kenny...

Only hiccup I had, but I let it go, was with Chris the salesman, the gentleman who walked my property and gave me the quote. On paint day, he seems to have forgotten that he agreed to paint a small 8' x 10' shed as part of the deal. Now wanted to charge me an additional $400. Told him I'd paint it myself. My advice is that whatever Chris tells you, make sure it's in writing. Despite this hiccup, this five-star is for the exceptional work by Hector, Carlos, and the husband & wife painters, who busted their tails for 3 hot summer days.
