5 Stars for Big Mike's Handyman and Repair -- Mike Coltrin!…read more I highly recommend Mike Coltrin with Big Mike's Handyman and Repair! Mike came out to install my TV frame in my backyard, ran the electrical, and properly set up the electrical panel for the project. He did an excellent job and was able to get everything done at a very reasonable and affordable cost. Mike was extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and family-oriented. One thing I really appreciated was that he didn't just focus on the job I hired him for. He took the time to look around my home, point out other things I could do to improve my space, and give me ideas for future projects. What impressed me most was how willing Mike was to listen to my vision and find ways to make it happen. I had a particular idea of how I wanted my backyard project to look, and instead of trying to change my vision, he worked with me to figure out the best way to achieve it. Because of this experience, Mike is already helping me plan several future projects around my home. It's great finding someone you can trust and continue working with instead of having to search for a new contractor every time you have a project. If you're looking for someone who is professional, dependable, reasonably priced, easy to work with, and genuinely cares about his customers, I highly recommend Mike and Big Mike's Handyman and Repair. Great work, great personality, and an all-around great person to work with. Definitely 5 stars!

This is my 2nd review for Anytime Concrete. The owner, Adam, replied to the 1st review and I need…read moreto clear up some things. He did come back to re-stain the chipped stain on the steps, but the steps continue to chip so it's obvious he doesn't know what he is doing. It looks horrible. He did replace my wagon because he ruined my initial one with concrete, and I gave him the one he ruined. He did come back 3 times to powerwash stain off my driveway and the street, but the reason he came 3 times is because his powerwasher was broken. The reason the stain was all over the driveway and the street is because one of his workers was drunk and spilled it everywhere. He refuses to tell me the color of stain that is in the concrete patio so I can clean up the spillover of stain from the steps. He left my yard a complete mess, dumped concrete in the mulch in my garden and, he broke a ladderback antique chair, which he did not offer to pay for. I strongly advise not to hire Anytime Concrete.

Original Scope: HRCC added a 1,000 sq ft to my existing deck, covered both the new & existing deck with the epoxy coating, etched and stained it to look like slate. Added Scope: I had HRCC add a custom rock garden (approx. 8 tons of rock) and sod my yard with Zoysia. Schedule: HRCC was able to complete my original scope ahead of schedule. I had a party planned when I added the additional scope. Since it was the busy season, I expected the additional work to not start for several weeks however, HRCC started it the next day and finished within a week. Costs: While costs are always a factor I typically decide based on value. In my opinion HRCC provides a great value for the costs. Mark, Tracey and the rest of the ownership team were wonderful to deal with and care about their customers. Most important to me were the caliber of the people doing the work. It was very easy to tell that they took great pride in their work, were very good at what they were doing and have worked at HRCC for decades. In addition to their work the HRCC crew worked well with the other contractors I had on site i.e. Electrician, Sprinkler Technician etc. All of our friends that have seen our remodeled yard is amazed at the change and our neighbors keep stopping by to look at the work we had done. If you choose HRCC you will not be disappointed.
