We've had BullDawg Electric come out to do several different things for us. First, we had them…read moreinstall under counter lights and replace some switches so we can dim the lights when we need to. They did a great job, and offered a couple of solutions that saved work, and money for us, but cost them. Second, we had them install a back up generator for us. They took care of everything from permits, to concrete pads, to contacting a plumber to run the gas line and finally the installation. And third most recently, we wanted to upgrade the lights we had hung on our patio with a switch rather than a plug. And they would have done it for us, but after some thought about wnat we wanted to do, Les (the owner) called and offered an easier and less expensive solution for us. By getting smart plugs, we could do the job ourselves. IK this isn't a terribly challenging thing to do, but I had no idea smart plugs even existed. The point is BullDawg could have done the job and made some money, but instead, looking out for his customer, offered and alternative that saved us money and time. The first two went to voice mail. The third one I called was Clark Contracts who picked up right away. When I explained my problem, he said he would be there with-in 30 minutes. Jarrett (the owner) actually arrived in about 20 minutes. After going in the attic he found that it was a crack in the AC line. He fixed it right away and the charge was reasonable.
