I called there office after posted hours yet the service manager answered politely. Upon listening to my issues with the system and my experience with other technicians he put on hold for a moment then returned to inform me that the Owner had taken interest in the problem and would come out in the morning to get to the bottom of the problem. As promised Jon Gonzalez came out the next morning and found out what the problem was within the hour. I can't speak to the fees yet because I have not received the bill however I suspect that the rates will be fair. Thanks to Jon and Walker HVAC I can live in my home in comfort over the Father's Day weekend. Many of the top techs I had reached out to were booked a week out for a simple service call.
