I remember my mom's neighbor bringing it back from Italy in the 60's and mom paying her $50 for it. It traveled with us to every subsequent home for the next 50 years till it came to live with me. This wonderful shop owner couldn't exactly match the arm, but he came extremely close. He took great care in replacing it, and the chandelier looks great. It really meant everything to me. So grateful we still have small shops like this with expertise and great service!!

When I found some things I kind of liked, but were not quite exactly what I wanted I finally asked for some assistance. That's when Kristal came to the rescue. Her knowledge of the products both inside the showroom and available through special order guided me to exactly the light fixtures that I envisioned for my kitchen makeover. I seriously just told her the look I was going for and what I did and did not like and she took it from there and matched exactly with about the second or third light fixtures that she recommended for me. I did not even describe the lights to her I just said I was going for a French country kitchen look. I have made my order and in my way team them to arrive so I will update my review with how the rest of my experience goes.

Nevertheless, I went in one day to look at potential new ceiling fan replacements. The selection is large, I'll give them that. But one thing they do I will not participate in - there is a reception desk as soon as you walk in and they want you to sign in (name, number, etc.). No, not if I am just browsing! I don't need to be on their mailing list or database. The salesperson I spoke with was sort of a hard-sell type. When I said I was just starting to spec potential brands and models, she lost interest very quickly. I guess they must all work on commission - and from the looks of it, probably directly with builders and interior designers. Lee Lighting isn't bad, but it doesn't seem to be built for retail customers. They are VERY old school and that just doesn't cut it these days. The new showroom feels like a museum experience. They played great music and the lighting was just perfection. The art that they curated for this was really creative. The large metal Man climbing the rope at the beginning of the entrance was an excellently placed artistic touch. I took so many pictures because it was a draw dropping scene to behold. I'm absolutely excited to bring my clients back. The wood wall vignette was my favorite. Everything in it was gorgeous. They had some really fun fans up that were streamlined and not something I've seen in any other showroom. I like the selection of exquisite lights displayed and also love that they carry the full Hinckley line. Some really innovative and creative items. Lights fantastic for a fabulous remodel and showroom.
