The company is very responsive initially but as soon as I tried to contact this company both via phone and email it was dead silence. I wanted my bill to be reviewed. The 4 lights in my media room could be a accessible by a foot stool, and the previous fixtures had already been removed because I recently got the room painted. All the electrician had to do was connect the wires. The contractor came during a work call and I admit I mistakingly confused the 8 on my bill for a 3. He arrive an hour early. Almost $900 to put a lighting fixture on the wall, and the technician didn't even put the crystals on the light. (2nd picture). The job was completed under an hour. It was my human error on the quote. But I still would have have been out of $80 if I declined the quote. I think this company should provide at least a starting price before the trip is made The one star is because the company wouldn't even give me the respect to call me back to discuss my bill, and deceiving business practices. I was totally ghosted.
