Beautiful and well organized showroom. Prices are a little high. My biggest and only complaint is the customer service. The woman who helped us kept disappearing. Then when we were ready to pay we had to practically beg someone to place our order and take our money because our saleswoman was unable to be found. The woman who ended up checking us out was very short with us and rude. If you go to a "high end" store I expect better customer service. I love the lighting options but unless you teach your employees about how to treat customers who are spending thousands of dollars on lighting I would never come back or recommend. read more

Recently my wife and I went to Lee Lighting in search of a light fixture for our kitchen. Upon entering the Arlington location we were greeted by a energetic salesperson welcoming us to Lee Lighting. As we began looking for a fixture of our interest, Dorthy (the energetic salesperson) approached us and begin assisting us in our search. Dorthy was not over-barring as she allowed us to shop as she would check on us between other customers. We described what we were looking for in which Dorthy directed us to items that were discounted as well as being on sale. In between Dorthy assisting us I began harassing her and in return Dorthy harassed me. In short, we purchased the fixture we liked, thank you Dorthy. They were just the right amount of helpful. The receptionist at the entrance asked if I need help and when I told her I would like to look around, she gave me the layout. After I had been there awhile I was asked by someone if she could answer questions. By then I did have some lights I was interested in and had questions. I like that the lights are grouped by which room you would place them and color of finish. It makes it so easy to narrow down what you like. read more

I have been going to Lee Lighting on Collins in Arlington for many years. My last experience was when we were remodeling my moms house. I needed new updated lights throughout her home. My first experience with Lee Lighting was in 2016 when we built our home and some light fixtures we ordered through the design center were discontinued so we had to go to the store in Arlington to make our replacement selections. Like previous reviews I read, I agree customer service was lacking at this store. We went back Jan 2019 to look for some outside lanterns we needed to replace. Soon after walking in, we were approached by a very kind service oriented employee named Dorthy. We let her know what we were looking for and she pointed us in the right direction and allowed us to look at the selections available. She checked back with us later and answered questions we had and gave us her opinion after showing her some pictures of where we wanted to place the lanterns. Our experience this time was remarkably different than previous experiences we have had in this store. We purchased the lanterns she recommended and they look great after being installed. I went back this week to purchase a set of lamps, and with Dorthy's help, I walked out of the store with six lamps.
