Sir-I don't want to go back and forth about this issue on this forum…read more I had placed an order upwards of 25k. 1.My builder came to you with these 3 items and very clearly told you that the finish/sheen of these light fixtures is very different from the sheen of the faucets.We could have accepted a slight shade variation but this was way off.The fixtures were mostly unopened except to take a peek at the finish.At this point,you should have accepted it as all products that have not been opened or altered with in any way can be returned for a refund.But you refused to do that. 2.There were no more returns other than this.We had a tentative list of fixtures to be ordered but we had to cancel them because they were backordered and our house inspection was due in 3 weeks. I was going to order more fixtures in future but sadly I have lost trust in doing any business with you.You have to build a long term relationship with a customer.Sadly,that did not happen in my case.

Not only was the original electrical ailment corrected -the reason for the visit- but a couple of other additional issues were resolved at the same time which may have prevented further costly problems down the road. There were absolutely no high pressure sales tactics when I asked questions about future electrical upgrades that I am considering. Another electrician had come out earlier to do an estimate and struggled to diagnose what took Nestor a quick look to figure out. The other electrician quoted a crazy price and we were hoping that Nestor would be reasonable. And he was. The work was done efficiently and when he walked out, everything was cleaned and worked well. We will call him in the future for all of our electrical needs.
