Jeff Cappon came to our home to assess the damage and provide us with an initial estimate. After we accepted him as our contractor, he worked directly with the insurance adjuster and answered all questions and concerns the adjuster had. He consistently kept us in the loop when communicating to our insurance company. The letters GC in the name should stand for Great Company, Great Contractor, or Great Communicators, because Jeff and his staff kept us informed every step of the way. They communicated what to expect, timelines, and any unexpected issues needing to be mitigated. They were quick to respond to any questions we had regarding the project. They accommodated changes we wanted for our kitchen vent hood and were really helpful and patient with assisting us with flooring options. Renovating our home after water damage was very stressful and inconvenient. GC Flooring Pros made that transition much easier and less stressful because of their great communication, and the quality of their work. Jeff's team did a phenomenal job, and to be clear, we are 100% satisfied with the work they did for us. GC Flooring Pros is a wonderful company with a salt of the earth staff, and we would definitely recommend this company for all of your flooring and restoration needs.

I cannot say enough good things about Robinsons Floors. I had 5 rooms where I wanted to replace 18…read moreyear old builder carpet with LVP. I did my research, visited flooring companies and even got a quote from one, however I was very uncomfortable with the lack of customer service so decided to keep looking. I'm so glad I listened to my inner voice! My initial call went to voicemail and I was pleasantly surprised when William called me back a short time later. We talked about what I was looking for and he took the time to ask questions, answer questions - I never felt rushed. I decided to visit the store the following Saturday. Another surprise - at the other stores, the salesperson didn't really explain the flooring - just told me to pick out what I wanted. William took the time (even though I thought I knew what I wanted) to review the different types of flooring and pros/cons of each. Again, I never felt rushed. I was there at least an hour and was NEVER pressured to 'select one and let's get the measure scheduled'. I told him I was looking around and he was fine with that - reach out if I had any questions. I am one of those 'multiple visit, hard time making up my mind' clients but he was fine with that. I eventually selected the same flooring as with the first store and scheduled the measure. Since I had vacillated between 3 different colors, he brought all of them to the measure so I could look at them in my house against my furniture. I made a final selection and the next day, had the quote. Wow. $2000 less than the other store, which had seriously over measured some rooms! I paid the deposit and scheduled the work. The workers arrived on Monday at 9:30, introduced themselves and went over the rooms and process with me. I work from home so, while busy, I'm still able to keep tabs on what is going on. I had carpet installed 3 times over the past year and the difference between those contractors and rhem was like night and day. They were communicative, professional and displayed a true caring of the work they did. I felt like they took as much care as they would have if doing it in their own house. They moved my furniture - even heavy pieces, hung plastic sheets to reduce the amount of dust and cleaned up every day before they left. They made sure everything was right before moving on 'to the next step'. I always knew what they were doing and what was coming next. I had calls scheduled and they worked their tasks around them to reduce the background noise. They finished on Thursday afternoon and even vacuumed the stairs and upstairs open area just to catch any dust that may have settled there. I knew they would clean the areas they worked in but they went the extra mile. The next day, William came by to do a walkthrough with me, making sure I was fully satisfied. About two weeks later he called just to check in, be sure everything was still good. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new floors. I had saved a long time for them (yes, they offer financing but I wanted to pay cash) and when you save 10k and then use it for something, you really want that something to be perfect. Especially when it's something you see every day. Working with Robinsons Floors was, well, we'd have to come up with a whole new word to describe how great an experience it was. No sales pressure, happy to inform, great product, workers who clearly take pride in their work - what more can we ask?? I will be having additional LVP installed and would not call anybody else. I can HIGHLY recommend them to my best and closest friends. They wouldn't be disappointed.

Good: High quality, low cost Bad: N/A…read moreOverall: Exception Value My neighbor and I were discussing our interest in having epoxy added to our garage. My wife had recently dropped wood stain and about a week prior, I had motor oil spill on my floor. I had a large area of oil and stain on my garage floor. The owner of this business lived in our neighborhood and had posted a classified notice on our Homeowner's Association page. We reached out to inquire about the price and to see an example of his work. After my neighbor visited his home, he returned to tell me that his garage was impressive and we should move forward. Prior to beginning the project, Walter, the owner, asked us to select from 16 colors for the epoxy and 8 colors for the chips. On the day that he arrived, he began by sanding my garage. This process was lengthy, but incredibly thorough. After he vacuumed the debris, he began applying the epoxy. Afterward, he applied the chips. This process was the most entertaining because he literally through them against the wall to get an even distribution. If he had told me this was his plan, I would have had significant concerns, but the results are exceptional. He worked on our houses for approximately 12 hours and cost about half of what another neighbor spent to do the same work. I can honestly say that my only regret is that I waited so long. I bought this house new and wish I had the epoxy added when I first moved in. If you are interested, I would suggest you reach out to Walter, the owner, to inquire about the price to do this work. While he charged half of what out other neighbor paid, the work will very likely depend on the size of your garage. In the exchanges we had with Walter, he was friendly and responsive.

We were greeted by Steve, explained what we were looking for and we went home with some carpet samples. Nice & easy! No deposit needed by the way, like at other stores. My husband and I decided on the carpet. We called Steve & he came to our home to take measurements...and about two weeks later our carpet was installed. I am incredibly happy with the thorough, professional and excellent job done by the two carpet installers. they took very good care of the few pieces of furniture that I needed their help moving. They worked straight through, no breaks and finished in about 4-5 hours. They cleaned up, they vacuumed the area and made sure I looked at their work it before they left. The price we paid was very reasonable. It included taking the old carpet with them as well. Every person that I've encountered at the store is very kind, polite and professional. My only critique is I called the store on a Sunday to find out if our carpet had arrived, for installation on Wednesday. The person I spoke to said they would call me back on Monday to confirm. I did not get a call back. So I called on Tuesday to confirm that the carpet would be coming on Wednesday. The reason I wanted to confirm is it's a lot of prep work moving clothes out of closets, furniture and all of our stuff out of the way. And if for some reason the carpet was delayed that would help me with planning. Other than that, it was a great experience and I will definitely go back to this store for future needs. They do showers, hardwood, window coverings, too!
