After we accepted him as our contractor, he worked directly with the insurance adjuster and answered all questions and concerns the adjuster had. He consistently kept us in the loop when communicating to our insurance company. The letters GC in the name should stand for Great Company, Great Contractor, or Great Communicators, because Jeff and his staff kept us informed every step of the way. They communicated what to expect, timelines, and any unexpected issues needing to be mitigated. They were quick to respond to any questions we had regarding the project. They accommodated changes we wanted for our kitchen vent hood and were really helpful and patient with assisting us with flooring options. Renovating our home after water damage was very stressful and inconvenient. GC Flooring Pros made that transition much easier and less stressful because of their great communication, and the quality of their work. He worked with our budget and went above and beyond. His team was also very kind and accommodating to our requests throughout the renovation. He beat all the other quotes I received. His team built my parents quality hand made cabinets and they added small touches. The work completely changed and modernized the kitchen. Some of the things he did was replace the dated cabinets, replaced fluorescent tube lights with can lighting, installed a garbage disposal, electrical outlets, under light cabinet lighting, quartz counters, and removed portions of the all that wasted space.
