Not only were they able to provide some savings in total out the door price with the same exact flooring (wood looking tiles downstairs, engineered wood upstairs) and materials, but they were very detailed in every aspect of their installation (verified with our own eyes). It wasn't a rush job where they were just trying to install the flooring as quickly as possible. They spent some time to make sure everything was installed correctly (on about 4000 sq ft of flooring). I waited a few months post install before writing this review to make sure everything was still good. We have no issues with our floors so far and are quite happy with Palace Floors!

Anna Flooring and Design is a fantastic company. I went in and talked with them shortly after…read morebuying a house in Anna. They were just down the street from me. They are so much more than just flooring. The work they have done for me on two different houses has been top notch. I had two extensive remodels. One in Anna that we had just purchased earlier in the year and then one in Plano we moved out of. Shaun is my contact and project manager for Anna Flooring and design. He is amazing to work with. He always checks in with you during the project and makes sure the job is done right before sending you the final bill. He always personally checked the work that was being done and made sure that the people doing it fixed any issues. If there is a problem, he figures out how to fix it. That's the test of a great company. I would 100% hire them again. He even would bring me samples to choose from rather than having to go in myself. He has several different contractors he uses for different projects. They aren't just flooring, they can take care of most any remodeling or renovation needs you have. I had cabinets refinished, new plumbing run for a second sink in the master, new countertops and sinks, lighting, exterior doors, carpet, luxury vinyl, tile, drywall, and painting. Probably some other things I forgot. The work was so good I started adding more and more for them to do. All of the contractors were very good but two stand out. Mark and Jackie are a father and daughter team and let me just say wow. They did most of the drywall repair and painting, as well as miscellaneous things on my very long list. I think of them like a make ready crew. Their attention to detail is phenomenal. I have very high standards and somehow they always seem to find a way to exceed them. I don't know how Shaun has found all of these great contractors. Do yourself a favor and get in touch with them if you have any remodeling needs. They work all over the place, not just Anna. Their prices are very fair, and honestly sometimes felt lower than I expected. Oh and lastly, I had never met any of them before this experience. These are my genuine feelings. It's so refreshing to run in to a phenomenal small hometown business like this in this day and age. Keep up the great work!

After reaching out to multiple companies and receiving several high-priced quotes, we thought we'd have to postpone the project due to our budget. She proceeded to sweetly educate me in their history, their process, their staff , and their philosophy. She was so patient. After a couple delays on my side, of which they flexed with my schedule, the work began. The crew was punctual, friendly, and quick. The process took only two days. Paul and Jennifer came out the second day and actually stepped in to help the team finish. At the end of the day, Paul and Jennifer came highly recommended. 10/30/2024 You were…read moredoing okay until you insinuated that I would unreasonably think that all wear should be covered for the life of the floor. You are either over-estimating your business acumen or under-estimating my IQ and background, or both. If these 90-degree lips have been causing such known problems for the longest time, you as a professional should have invested effort to find solutions instead of defending status quo after-the-fact. Technically these lips can crack upon the very first usage when a tire passes over after the poly has cured in say a week or two. And when that happens how are you going to respond to your customers' complaints? A few of your competitions in DFW have long recognized this problem, and have invested in additional man-hours and equipment to grind the lips to reveal a radius to make the cracking a LOT less likely to occur. I hope you'd at least appreciate that I actually paid real money for your service, and have been graceful enough not to pester you with requests to fix the crack as soon as Jennifer turned down the one request over text. Original review: Had them do a poly coat on a new build 2 years ago. Price was high, but was in a hurry and what did I know reading reviews online written by folks with wide spectrum of expectations. Few months later started noticing the coating cracked and flaked at the lip of the entrance. Few months ago finally tried to get in touch with them for warranty work, since if I was not mistaken there should have been some sort of lifetime warranty. Texted the number and it turned out to be the personal number of the lady. She was on a personal trip and the response time was unprofessionally slow. Described the situation over text, and the response was no warranty due to normal wear and tear. Guess what, a normal residential garage typically has cars going in and out multiple times a day, so according to their definition, there is essentially no warranty whatsoever since the entire garage would have some level of foot and car traffic daily. Very disappointed. Take your time and shop around.

Our 83 year old home has original Saltillo Tiles which I don't think have ever been restored since…read morethey were installed. Due to the porosity of clay tile, it can very easily be ruined by the wrong type of cleaning and sealant application. It's a job for professionals. And folks who specialize in this type of tile are hard to find. I found Tyler and his company, Seal Systems through Yelp and called them for an estimate. I was pleased to learn this is ALL they do. They specialize in natural clay tile restoration. Tyler's dad even created a proprietary cleaning solution to address the potential issues of stripping off old sealer. On Day 1, they showed up and stripped the tile on their hands and knees. No machines, just two guys working their a$$es off. On Day 2, the sealant went down, four coats in total (I believe) were spread. (I prefer the high-gloss Saltillo). The tile looks gorgeous. The patina is still there but the whole room has a new life. I love the way it turned out - 100% exceeded my expectations (because old tile restoration can be hit or miss.) If you have clay tile that needs some TLC - hire these guys. They are professional, responsible, dependable, and know what the heck they're doing. Also - family owned business...that's a good thing.
