I have yet to receive a mug ordered for my birthday OVER FOUR YEARS AGO, and the only way to TRY to contact these scumbags is their TIKTOK! Ordered in November of 2021, still have not received my order. The owner has blocked every method of communication from me. If you look on BBB, they have identified that it is a pattern. Now he's packed up and moved on from this location, meaning that's he's just going to switch the name, like he has when he was in Denton, TX, in Redding, CA, in Alaska, and I'm sure there's others. If I could give no stars that is more accurate.. I ordered March 2021, and I read the old shipping, etc.. still decided to order thinking this man was a scammer. Well if only I knew what I know now a year later. Ordered 2 mugs to receive 2 free dice for roughly $120 when it was all said and done.. well he got my money, and I have no mugs nor dice. I have emailed with proof of purchase, etc.. I have via Facebook, tiktok, etc.. BBB, trade commission you name it, I have went to. I have been blocked on all aspects. And i still dont have a response. DO NOT purchase anything from him. He is also working on a 3rd shop? Seems to get one going, and closes pretty quickly. Count me in on the scammed buyers, no communication other than on the tiktok page. Made a purchase in July 2022 and they were apparently scamming a year prior to that. I ordered items from their website on 3/13/2023. As of the time of writing this review, I have not received the items. I reached out to their help email, which came back with an automated message asking to visit facebook or tiktok for issues. Facebook asks us to visit tiktok. I have had zero success getting ahold of Alex (the owner) on tiktok. He did finally answer via email, indicating a slow delivery due to the manufacturer being oversees. He has not responded since.
