The web site said that they were open but no one was there. No sign on the door "Back in 10 minutes" or anything like that. So I got back in my car and called. No answer. I left a VM. Did hear back in the late afternoon, that maybe the receptionist had locked the door and gone to the restroom or something. OK, but she should have left a note. I am from out of town so this was an inconvenience for me. Anyway, I went back on the next morning, Saturday, and there was one person there. She brought out my glasses. I asked a couple of questions and she did not have answers that satisfied me at all. Again, not warm and friendly at all, no smile, very cold. I really expected to be treated better. As I said, not going back. Sincerely, the cashier at the local gas station where I stopped on the way home was more friendly and treated me with more respect that the receptionist who met me at Travis Street Optical Saturday morning. I spent $5 at the gas station, and $350 at Travis Street Optical. Shouldn't that buy me some respect? Won't be going back. Dr. Phillip L. Clancy

So one weekend morning I went online and looked for a store that might offer a more personal touch. Based on what I saw on their website I was cautiously optimistic about what I would find when I went into Reza's Rugs last weekend. But those expectations were nothing compared to what I found: an amazing selection of quality rugs that I just wasn't finding elsewhere. In addition, I found Reza, a man whose knowledge about and passion for rugs made me even more excited than I had been after searching for so long. In a matter of a half-hour I had found four potential rugs and, with his help, narrowed it down to one gorgeous piece. I was still nervous as it was delivered but his excellent associates put my mind at ease as they professionally installed it into my home. It was even more beautiful than I had thought possible. I am so happy with my purchase and recommend Reza to everyone.
