Never going back! Not the first time this happened so no more chances! I had a very important…read moreprescription to pick up early this morning that was sent/faxed in by the doctor 9:12 AM. I called to see if it was ready and the pharmacist said it was never called in. They did not get it. He suggested it may have been called in to another pharmacy. After a big fiasco I finally was able to get a nurse to call him only to find out their system receiving by fax (or however they receive pres from a doctor's office) was down. The pharmacist was well aware and put my child's life in danger because of a bad infection that needed antibiotics immediately. It was finally figured out around 1 o'clock in the afternoon then they have the nerve to say the prescription won't be ready till 4:30pm sorry but this should've been prioritized due to the lie I was told and the issue on their end.
