Not only did the employee answer immediately without me having to go through 20 options first, but he actually offered to contact cvs for me, and would give me a call right back if there were any issues, or when it is done. This is definitely a breath of fresh air compared to what I am used to. So I think it would be a good idea if I started sending my prescriptions here instead. Granted, I haven't picked up my prescription yet, but I will say that as of now, I am very impressed.

We have to use common sense unfortunately. Now - I had the best service ever after just getting conflicting info at CVS with no explanation. I'm trying to get care for my child from 50 miles away & the ladies helping me even offered to have my family stay in the car to ensure safety & comfort. Thankfully it didn't apply, but the fact they offered is great! They were very helpful & accommodating, made sure they had the Rx before my mom was about to drive up, & explained everything to expect. You'll never get that level of personal care from a box store. Brand name stores come in handy when you need flexibility but you can't ever beat the places like this for reliability

My daughter's nurse called last Monday to get a…read morerefill, and she was placed on hold several times and then told, "She doesn't have any," and they hung up on her. Her nurse spent hours on the phone this past week with them. It was a constant fight, because they are completely incompetent and lazy. My daughter is on risperidone, and must have it to calm her anxiety. She has special needs and is non verbal, so she's unable to communicate her needs to us, and she gets very overwhelmed trying to express herself. To see her so distraught because of THEIR mistake broke my heart. This wasn't a medicine that can be started and stopped without some serious discomfort. They claimed to have called the doctor's office, and did not. They claimed oh, we have everything we need now, and still three days later, no medicine (and now that CVS needs a copy they don't have it...). My daughter can't stand up for herself, so I'm here to let you know, do NOT waste your time with them.
