Walked in and was greeted by an amazing employee Drew. He helped me get my photo situation under control as my iPhone was acting stupid. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient. Drew was helping numerous patrons and never skipped a beat helping me as well. He printed out my photo's and I was on my way to my next mission. Kudos to Drew! Much appreciated kind sir. To that - I'll say if you…read morehave a specialty or highly demanded drug, or one that can never wait, use a box pharmacy & save yourself the hassle so that you never have to wait for a supply & have extended hours. We have to use common sense unfortunately. Now - I had the best service ever after just getting conflicting info at CVS with no explanation. I'm trying to get care for my child from 50 miles away & the ladies helping me even offered to have my family stay in the car to ensure safety & comfort. Thankfully it didn't apply, but the fact they offered is great! They were very helpful & accommodating, made sure they had the Rx before my mom was about to drive up, & explained everything to expect. You'll never get that level of personal care from a box store. Brand name stores come in handy when you need flexibility but you can't ever beat the places like this for reliability

This pharmacy has no compassion for its customers. My daughter's nurse called last Monday to get a…read morerefill, and she was placed on hold several times and then told, "She doesn't have any," and they hung up on her. Her nurse spent hours on the phone this past week with them. It was a constant fight, because they are completely incompetent and lazy. My daughter is on risperidone, and must have it to calm her anxiety. She has special needs and is non verbal, so she's unable to communicate her needs to us, and she gets very overwhelmed trying to express herself. To see her so distraught because of THEIR mistake broke my heart. This wasn't a medicine that can be started and stopped without some serious discomfort. They claimed to have called the doctor's office, and did not. They claimed oh, we have everything we need now, and still three days later, no medicine (and now that CVS needs a copy they don't have it...). My daughter can't stand up for herself, so I'm here to let you know, do NOT waste your time with them.

I called to see if it was ready and the pharmacist said it was never called in. They did not get it. He suggested it may have been called in to another pharmacy. After a big fiasco I finally was able to get a nurse to call him only to find out their system receiving by fax (or however they receive pres from a doctor's office) was down. The pharmacist was well aware and put my child's life in danger because of a bad infection that needed antibiotics immediately. It was finally figured out around 1 o'clock in the afternoon then they have the nerve to say the prescription won't be ready till 4:30pm sorry but this should've been prioritized due to the lie I was told and the issue on their end. Unacceptable!

Especially since we called, verified, asked, went through each medication, and conferred with his primary to make it happen. Killer, since they have a huge mural that highlights our military. The other killer... don't buy meat here. The packages are cut open by the bones in the meat and set out to sell.
