Christian based health care…read more Dr. Hayes is fantastic. (He's a coffee lover, so I have that in common with him) Wait times in waiting room are pretty short, be prepared to wait in the rooms, though. Rooms are cold! Procedure room is cold, too! (FYI they do have heated bed for procedures which is super nice). But your hands and feet will be COLD. ESP. If they do another procedure before yours while you are laying there . Prep is COLD, too! Ahhh warm that up, lovies! Don't worry about the sour face on one of the front office staff people. It's nothing personal. I think they are just focused or something. The nurses are all friendly. (She could smile more, but whatever. She's never rude or anything, so must be a demeanor thing.) They are all down to earth and personable. Fee free to ask questions. They should give out coffee to warm you up in the rooms, maybe music or a television would be useful. ‍ The care was great, so def. would refer!

I was so impressed by the whole staff from the young man at desk to the Nurse and doctor and the…read morelady that came in to do that cat scan. We went to TMC 1st around 10:00 Monday night and at almost midnight still had not had anything done but basic questions and a urine sample. At with room FULL and a staff that was had the attitude I am just here for a check. We as well as a couple others gave up and left. After the 2 hours we were told it could be at least 6 to 8 more hours before they would see us. So my wife decided to call here and was told no wait come on in. So we got there very nice place very clean. It was just a matter of a few minutes from filling out the paperwork they got us to the back and Ray Lynn took great care of my wife. And then doctor Blake came in very professional and nice. Even with all that was done we were there only about 2 1/2 hours. They did find she had a kidney stone got her on some antibiotics and something to help with the pain. Got us on our way and back home before we would have not yet even been seen at TMC.

One thing that made me decide to not come ever to this ER is that the nurses asked me if I was trying to be pregnant or if I could be and I told her yes to both and told her everything I have done at home to figure it out and still didn't care and just took the pictures. Yes I know they are not obgyns but at that point you would think they would have tested me through blood testing before taking X-rays on me. MIND BLOWING HONESTLY

My family member was sick and they tried to convince us not to take him to the hospital because they would just send him back. I called to speak with staff, my phone range 50 times and no one picked up.

Every interaction felt intentional, patient, and respectful. The quality of care is outstanding. The nurses and aides are attentive, compassionate, and incredibly thorough. The doctor said it would be $2000.00 and some change. I saw the screen where it listed it out. I said I'd still pay out of pocket; he said he'd have his front office people see what Aetna pays. I've always had out of network dentists and had to pay a small portion, so not 100% covered: I understand this part. Needless to say, they never called me, so I called back and the lady told me I would owe a lion's share of the $2500.00. Wait, how did $500.00 get added on? She said Aetna may pay only a couple hundred dollars; this is incorrect. I called Aetna (one of the best plans), and they do pay, it's just a lower amount. So Aetna told me to get a procedure code and a tooth number, so I called the front office back to get this information and they said Dr. Dahle said I should see a new provider? I am so confused. I work in healthcare as well and I'd never treat a client as such. Incorrect information (lies), rude front staff and then a random release of patient.
