Our agreement and written contract stated they will debit my bank account twice a month, once for the CPAP machine rental (approx $150) and once for CPAP machine supplies (approx $39). In July 2024, they debited my account for the monthly CPAP machine and supplies amount and an additional amount of $167. When I called and emailed them no one could tell me why. I was never given a reason and never refunded my money. Then, in November 2024, they withheld $49 on Nov. 15th, $39 on Nov. 23rd, $156 on Nov. 25th, $39 again on Nov. 25th, and $39 a fourth time on Nov. 30th. Then December 2024 comes and they withheld $70 on Dec. 9th, $49 on Dec. 13th. Neither one of these payment amounts were in my written contract so I filed a written complaint to the Texas Health and Human Services, as well as the company directly. Texas HHS Department has requested additional information which I will be forwarding this week, and I received no response from the company directly. No surprise there!!! I eventually had to report a fraud claim to my bank who stopped any future payments and flagged Healthine / Adapthealth RoyalStar LLC as fraudulent business practices. I am currently in the middle of filing a fraudulent claim letter to my insurance provider BCBS advising of Healthline / Adapthealth's breach of contract agreement and they may want to terminate any future contracts with them. Hope this keeps any future victims from failing into the corrupted business.

I have met my OOP for the year. I liked the staff and the scooters they had in stock. I talked to the staff regarding my insurance and my written confirmation, which I had with me. She would not even look at it or call my insurance to get a confirmation for herself. She told me no insurance ever pays for scooters and I would need to pay for the scooter which was $229.00. I needed to take it today or tomorrow or it would be after the 1st of November because they were relocating to Denison Tx this coming Friday, October 20th. I opted to leave them and their scooter behind. My next stop was TMC Medical Supply in Denison Tx. Trina was wonderful. She called my insurance, got approval then called my doctor and got the office notes required to file with the claim. She put a brand new scooter together, let me try it out, then put it in the car for me after showing me how to adjust anything if needed later on. There was -0- cost to me because I met my OOP. She put a scooter together and let me try it out while she called my insurance to confirm that it would be a covered item and that they were in network. Next she called my physician to get the required office notes faxed to go with their claim for payment. Since I've met my OOP for the year there was no cost to me. She showed me how to make any necessary adjustments regarding height of handle bars, knee pad height and how to lay the handle bar down for storage and remove basket if needed. We were there less than an hour. Trina even took the scooter to the car and loaded it for us. This is an EXCELLENT facility with EXCELLENT staff. They also have a delivery service if you don't want to wait on your insurance or doctor to get them the necessary information to process your claim. Thanks so much! You guys are the best! Not only did the employee answer immediately without me having to go through 20 options first, but he actually offered to contact cvs for me, and would give me a call right back if there were any issues, or when it is done. This is definitely a breath of fresh air compared to what I am used to. So I think it would be a good idea if I started sending my prescriptions here instead. Granted, I haven't picked up my prescription yet, but I will say that as of now, I am very impressed.
