I will definitely use this place in the future, there's 2 gentleman one by the name of Nate he's an appraiser, the other is a lead mechanic. "Nate and the other gentleman went above and beyond and made several trips to assist me removing lug nuts that required a special tool that I didn't have! I want everybody to know that the employees /staff are the best of the best, and I would definitely trust them to service any body repair that I may need in the near future and I suggest that you do the same!!If they did this for a non paying customer just imagine how they would treat an actual customer. I even offered them compensation for the amazing effort but was quickly denied. They stated that they take pride in helping the community. I must say I have always been weary of body and mechanic shops, I've always been afraid of being ripped off or screwed. That was my idea of a shop until I got ahold of Sherman Collision Repair, they are the most honest shop I have ever spoke with, I was paying for another vehicle and was taken care of like I was a lifelong customer(which I will be now).
