Called and they said no appointment needed, made one anyways online Drop off at 8am, received no calls, no update when we called, called main number and car wasn't in their system Finally got there 5 minutes before closing and they said they needed to keep it overnight They knew we drove 45 minutes to get there, had no way home without car and 5 minutes before they close they never looked at the car but wanted us to leave it ? Purchased a Malibu that needed paint redone, and we were given a rental car. Car finished and they kept calling my stepmom who was in New Mexico and didn't know the number. Did not try to contact my dad who was also on file. The employee who helped me showed up at my work (I WAS A MINOR) asking for the rental car. Got into an accident December 9th, airbags DID NOT DEPLOY!!!! Firefighter was concerned that they did not deploy, and no, they did not disclose an issue with the airbags. read more
