From…read morefull disclosure about the classic vehicle on the website, video and audio and inspection of the cars, they do a great job providing accurate information. What I love about CCL is their "no pressure" sales staff. They allow you to check out two large indoor showrooms of cars, open doors, sit inside them, pop the hood... If you need help or have questions, they are ready to give you a hand.

Robbie Trotter assured me this car had an 8 out of 10 paint and body and that the car had no body filler or rust. Also they said everything works except the horn, while the horn is one of the few things that is operational in the car, though it is a half-wired switch screwed to the underside of the dashboard. This car was purchased online, Robbie and Carson Trotter handled the entire deal and lied the entire way. The car arrived to me and I immediately noticed the terrible body and paint work. The front fender is hanging off of the vehicle and it was half reassembled after their shotty attempt at installing the air conditioning I paid 5500.00 above the price of the car to have them install. Carson apologized for "forgetting" to have the body shop fix the fender as his mechanic was struggling with it. Carson Trotter also texted me admitting they were unaware of all of this hidden damage and they "must have missed it". After admitting they did not realize the body is full of body filler to the point a magnet will not stick even on the roof! The car has rust painted over and coming through the paint, the glass was installed in a very shotty manner with gobs of sealer to keep it from leaking. Half of the gauges do not work, the right side door lock is inoperable and the door sags. There are multiple cracks in the paint and multiple spots the paint is not even sticking! The door jams are pitted and painted over. The wiring in the car is a fire waiting to happen. The car does not shut off when you turn the ignition off. It has a cracked headlight and tail light and one brake light and turn signal are inoperable. The suspension makes all kinds of noise on turns and dips in the road. The car is unsafe and is a mess cosmetically and possibly structurally. Gearhead Classics lied about the condition and they admitted they were unaware of these issues, but they refuse to take the car back or resolve this in any way saying I bought the car AS-IS. Yet they believe they can lie and promise conditions that are incredibly inaccurate and the AS-IS clause saves them. RUN FAST!!!

Cj Beauty - Bought both of these for around $55 each. Amazing quality and so much cheaper than the shops around McK and Frisco!

They pretty much resemble a member of the Breakfast Club cast - In Frisco I hit up a super popular expensive Molly Ringwald, in Plano I found an Ally Sheedy who never spoke to me until the end and it was very cryptic; McKinney has an Emilio who likes to pretend he's got his crap together but then you take him home and there's a lot of trauma and crying there; I'm still searching for an Anthony Michael Hall but I'm sure he's over in Highland Park or something. Today I finally found a Judd Nelson - CJ's doesn't bullsh*t when it comes to wigs. Just like Judd, they aren't going to sit there and haggle - prices are set and are actually REALLY FREAKING FAIR. They aren't going to go the extra mile for just anyone. No worries though because it appears most of us are Molly's and he digs us enough to answer questions and expertly cut lace fronts. Yes, he isn't from the right side of town (unless you are coming Northbound up 75...then it's on the right) and yeah, he's been through some trauma living at a run down strip mall but I promise you this: You will walk out fist pumping with a $50 VIRGIN REAL HAIRED WIG and you won't forget about me giving you such a great tip.

When I finally took it to a stylist, she told me the wig had already been cut before I bought it, which made it impossible to style properly. So now I'm out $175 for something that wasn't sold as new. I should have been suspicious when they were putting it in a bag. I asked for box & was told there wasn't a box for it, I was given a random box from another wig. Really frustrated and hoping the business will make this right. Update: Called business, no offer of even exchange. Stay away from this place. ( I understand 6 months is a while, but it was stored and not worn.)

Tyler reassured me that the team would do everything they could to make it happen. Ultimately, I decided to make the drive, and I'm so glad I did! Tyler and the entire team were incredible, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. I'd thank your lucky stars that yelp makes me give one star. Because God knows you don't deserve it. They have no idea what they're doing. They never contact you. You have to contact them to get any information. They push back making your car a priority and blame it on the fact that they have no people to work (not my problem). if they give you a deadline or say that they're going to do something don't trust it and take them at their word because they're not going to do it when they say they will. and they probably won't do it at all. I'm surprised this dealership is still in business.

There was a minor issue with a sensor, but I was assured that it was probably ok, and would reset itself. I felt good knowing that even if it didn't, my vehicle had a certified warranty. Well the sensor never reset, and I continuously had the "Collision warning system unavailable' error message come up. Long story short, I had to end up getting it serviced. I live at least a good hour and a half from Sherman, so it would have been a major inconvenience for me to return to Bob Utter and then sit and wait for them to repair, or even worse drive there and have to drive back and forth. Ryan made sure to make all of this as painless as possible. He agreed to meet me a little more than halfway, got my car serviced and made sure I had a courtesy car to drive for the duration of my repair. He answered quickly when I needed an update on the status of my repairs. He made sure that my Explorer was returned to me working properly, and clean and full of gas. He took the time to explain the adaptive cruise control to me. I really appreciate Ryan's thoroughness, attention to detail and integrity. Every dealership should have "Ryans" on their staff.
